She knows how to talk, as a business person but not convinced myself. Not worth it. Spent money and time. Just one and that it is.

I went in asking for one lip product to diminish lip lines and a subtle plump. She talked me into a different product. After a day of swelling, there is no change in plumpness and the lines look worse. Due to a poor injection job, in addition to lines, there are also now bumps of filler. She refused to provide any sort of refund or fix the botched job, stating there is no way to diminish lip lines.

If that is true seems highly unethical to inject my lips and take $500 from me in the first place. She did call me back herself right away and give me an appointment on short notice. That seems to be because she has no other patients and "fired everyone because they aren't competent enough".

It's such a clean, simple, and beautiful space inside. I just had a basic facial from groupon but had a complete upper body massage too. I felt very relaxed and comfortable, my skin was glowing afterwards. parking available right by the building. would have liked for there to have been more extractions however.

Dr. Kupersmith is straight forward, tells-it-like-it-is, and gives a great assessment of what will happen and what won't. On top of that, she is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I didn't end up using the service- but would highly recommend her for a consult!
