First time customer. Very impressed. Our senior draft horse isn't able to shed his thick winter coat so we shear him each spring. Had to order an Oster Clipmaster drive yoke assembly as ours broke half way through his shearing. HM Nabavian was the only one who had the part in stock. Every other supplier I called was back ordered months. I was able to speak with a live person at HM Nabavian who new the products, was very pleasant to work with and I had the part three days later. That's the way to run a business and do good customer service.

Customer service is so bad you cant even order online let alone talk to them. they want to you to fax but their fax machine don't work and they have a request phone call on their website which they never check. so horrible company.

Zero Customer service. Extremely unhappy employees. Rude and hostile. I have dealt with them few times. I do not do business with them anymore and do not recommend them to anybody. Period.
