Welcome to the office of Dr. David Azouz, board certified plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgeon in practice for over twenty five years in Dallas-Forth Worth. Dr. David Azouz currently serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Medical City Dallas. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology M.I.T. and McGill University Medical School, Dr. Azouz is expertly trained in a range of plastic surgery procedures.
