Dr. Di was polite and kind to me I had my surgery with him. however I sent my photos to the doctor I sad what I wanted they told me the amount to be paid I paid it and when I got there they simply wanted to cancel my surgery said that if I wanted to do what I had agreed to do I would have to pay 2 thousand dollars more this in the postoperative period, and they said that if I didn't pay they would cancel it, the attendants are rude, they don't know how to treat people with respect and they take a long time to serve you they talk to you about something on the phone and when you get there it's totally different from what you agreed with them.

So far these ladies (staff) Dr Di. Have been phenomenal! He is the most loving, caring sweetes man. Him & his staff have done everything right for me so far.next week is the big day!

If you are looking for good results and professional treatment just go somewhere else. Neither the doctor or staff care about quality they just seems to care about volume. The doctor wouldn't give you more that 2 min of his time and wouldn't even pay attention to you or your concerns during this 2 min.

Don't go to these doctors, they want a volume of people. They don't care about the quality of the work. I had tumy tuck and breast implants turned out really bad. I'll have to do it all over again. :. my belly is completely crooked

While I am satisfied with my results (Dr. Di is the sweetest and very skilled at what he does) however, the communication is lacking, the staff is extremely unorganized and they do not communicate with one another, so be prepared for the circus show you will witness at your pre op appointment and extremely long wait times (I was there for 6 hours). I'm currently 5 weeks post op and it's impossible to get someone on the phone.
What's even funnier is I'll receive text messages that they've been trying to call me but can't reach me which is (1) a lie and (2) super unprofessional. Why not leave a voicemail or send an email? So quick to take your money but slow as ever to attend/respond to a post op patient.
