Great Guy, great personality, but unprofessional. He initiated initatiated interviews, wanted an ASAP start date, offered me the position, and then never sent an offer letter. I was strung along for about a month before Monica the marketing manager finally said "Dr Kress May have new management taking over and he didn't want to hire you to end up firing you". Luckily, I didn't start immediately and gave my job two weeks. If I would have started immediately I would have been at risk for being laid off. I'm glad I went with my own instincts.

Dr Kress and the staff have always been amazing to me, I wish I was still in the Frederick area because I have not been able to find the same quality and service in my current city. Tracy went above and beyond in her care and follow-up every time I went there. I cant say enough good things about Dr Kress or the staff.

I have attended Dr. Kress's seminars as a guest of a current patient. I have really enjoyed his seminars, he is a very nice man and extremely intelligent. I am strongly considering going to him for some possible procedures I would like to have. HOWEVER, the woman that I was informed was his Office Manger does not represent the company so well. She always seems to be intoxicated during the seminars and it is extremely inappropriate.
I have even personally over heard her talk about rigging the drawing winners that they have at these seminars for people she wants win. Just overall not someone I would have running my office. Again Dr. Kress is absolutely wonderful, he just needs to rethink who he lets represent him.

I have been to Dr. Kress for a scar revision and an partial eyebrow replacement from another scar. Both procedures were well done with professional precision and care. I am very pleased with the results. Also, Tracy is a gem.

What an amazing surgeon and staff! Everyone highly knowledgeable and friendly. Office beautiful and super clean. I wouldn't trust anyone else! The most important Dr. Kress gives honest advice and doesn't recommend services that aren't needed. Beyond pleased with all aspects of my surgery! Happier and more confident with my self! Thank you!
