I've never heard of a surgeon completely cancelling a patients confirmed surgery date especially if they already paid for it far in advance. Without a moments notice too. Dr. Loftus, many of your patients have to schedule time off work far in advance, submit paperwork for short term disability, have others schedule time off to care for us while we recover. It's something we plan far in advance to assure we are able to solely focus on our recovery. Shame on you for disrespecting your patients time and money.

Please reconsider having your surgery done here. If this is what happens prior to surgery I can't imagine what could happen if a problem occurred after surgery. If you value respect, your time and hard earned money, look elsewhere.

I had a BA with Dr. Loftus in July. I am so happy I went with her because I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. At the initial consultation, she spent about an hour with me. She was honest with me about size, type of implant, complications, ect. Everyone in her office was so kind and I knew I was in the right place. I booked my surgery that day. I was impressed by how well the office was run and the ease of scheduling my procedure. Dr. Loftus told me she has the best nurses and she is absolutely right.

I have a hard time being a patient since I am a nurse but her ladies were great. My recovery went smoothly and I returned to work 2 days later. Overall, great experience and I am so pleased with my results.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Loftus and her very pleasant staff. My opinion comes from Dr Loftus performing 4 different surgeries on me for a total of 11 hours of surgery (which were performed on 2 different days and three months apart.) I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Loftus to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. She is a consummate professional, personable and compassionate. She is the only plastic surgeon I would consider using in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Loftus and everyone at the surgery center. I had a breast augmentation a few months ago and couldnt be happier with the results! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful and made me feel super comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Loftus to all my family and friends!

I highly recommend Dr. Loftus. I am a 60 year old female who had a face lift January 2015. I could not be more pleased with the results. It has taken years off my looks and has given me more confidence. Dr. Loftus is very patient and thorough. She answered all my questions before surgery and was there for me whenever I had questions after surgery. Her staff is wonderful - they are very friendly and courteous.

I am so happy with my decision to go to Loftus Plastic Surgery Center for my breast augmentation. Dr. Vennemeyer and the rest of the staff are so professional and they make you feel extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the wait time is very minimal. Dr. Vennemeyer makes sure to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have before your surgery. I felt extraordinarily comfortable with everything. The entire process was fast and easy and my results are amazing! I could not be happier! I highly recommend Loftus Plastic Surgery Center!

My experience with Dr. Loftus was incredible! When I went to her office to discuss getting a rhinoplasty, she was patient, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. Dr. Loftus knew what needed to be done before I told her what I wanted to fix and did an outstanding job. My nose looks so natural and I could not have been happier with the results! I feel much more confident now and my whole life has changed for the better. The staff was great as well. They were very sweet and made sure that my experience was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr. Loftus to anyone!
