I went in today to get my lips done and I'm fairly new to Bend so it was my first time, it was so quick and painless I went to work after and have gotten compliments all day. I'm so glad I went here! Amazing and very professional.

Horrible experience. I went to Villano MD for IPL on my chest for smoother, more even skin. I was badly burned, in horrible pain and left with scabs to heal that eventually left me with lines on my chest. I immediately returned where the esthetician felt horrible, promised me that they would make it right and it would be a slow, long process, as to not burn me again. I went in a few times for treatment, but Dr Villano was condescending and manipulative and tried to tell me that I got a good result.
In the end, Dr Villano did not keep his word and simply offered me to pay to fix it or my money back from the treatment and said he's sorry I'm not happy with the result- as if I was the one with the problem. I was left with permanent lines on my chest, as you can see in picture and only got worse if I was in the sun at all. It's been a horrible experience and I simply wanted him to fix the damage that has been done. Unfortunately they will not, so I have to go to a new doctor to fix the damage they have caused.
In the end, Dr Villano did not keep his word and simply offered me to pay to fix it or my money back from the treatment and said he's sorry I'm not happy with the result- as if I was the one with the problem. I was left with permanent lines on my chest, as you can see in picture and only got worse if I was in the sun at all. I called in today and the lady was giving all these different prices she didn't know what she was doing at all. How unprofessional. Good luck with these people if they can't answer questions on the phone about how much things are. Imagine when u get there and your bill is not what you expected

After a couple years of considering injections (lip filler and Botox) I was reluctant and nervous when it came to choosing where and who was going to do them. It was my first time getting fillers and Botox. I called around Bend and had a few consultations but, no one made me feel as comfortable and safe as Alyssa Abbey did during my consultation. After a wonderful consultation with PA-C Alyssa Abbey I made the decision to move forward.
I arrived the day of my appointment and the young lady at the front desk had excellent customer service skills and was very nice, I was already feeling more at ease. My anxiety was high when I walked back for my injections but, soon subsided after Alyssa's confidence and reassurance made me feel safe and in great hands. I left with NO side effects! I was amazed at how comfortable and painless the lip fillers and Botox were.
I had a fast heal and I'm very happy with my results, Alyssa did an amazing job and I will be a returning again. Beautiful office, with great cleanliness, professional staff, and great customer service when I called and came in. Thank you Villano MD

Dr. Villano's entire staff is extraordinary, they are dedicated to professional excellence and providing supreme customer service to all who walk through their door. Very clean and beautiful office with such a kind and welcoming staff. From the women that work at his front desk, to Sydney his patient coordinator, and all the way to his surgical team, you are guaranteed an amazing experience. Dr Villano performed a beautiful & natural rhinoplasty on me.
