So thankful for Hillcrest. My skin has been getting progressively worse recently, with regular redness and inflammation. I have an autoimmune disease, and past skin problems that makes me very nervous about any new treatment but the team here is so kind and patient. I feel comfortable that they understand my concerns, and goals, and have the expertise to address both. I've seen incredible results with both IPL and products and am continuing to trust them to help me regain and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

Hands down the best plastic surgeon in Florida! His work, bed side manners and staff surpass all expectations, and mine are always high. He's not cheap, but then again, cheap isn't what you should want, when having plastic surgery. You truly get everything you pay for!

Fully satisfied with surgical procedure and after care. Dr. Spence and his medical staff made me feel comfortable from day I called in for a free consultation. The office staff well trained, there is no long wait time in the lobby. Great atmosphere. He is my plastic surgeon for life now, I got full return on every penny I spent with Dr. Spence. He cares for his patients, and thats important factor to consider when you go for plastic surgery. The outcome of my procedure is amazing. I look natural, but yet have curves and got volume. He offers zero precent financing which also helped me financially cover majority of my bills.

Dr Spence is AMAZING! He is a skilled professional, kind and has the same goal as you do, to have a perfect outcome. To say I was nervous to have my procedures done is an understatement. I had been dreaming of correcting the things that bothered me, for years. I interviewed 5 other top surgeons before deciding on him and it took me a year to actually proceed. He is a skilled artist and has a way about him that makes him very likeable which is just a plus.
