For consults with Dr. Pratt, there is a $170 consultation fee which will be applied to the cost of all surgical procedures performed within three months of the consultation, including Botox and Liquid Youth injections.

From I-405 Southbound, take Exit 14 to WA-520 Westbound (Seattle). Take 108th Ave NE exit. Turn right onto 108th Ave NE, then left onto NE 38th Place, then left onto NE 37th Circle. From I-5 Northbound, take Exit 192 (left lane exit). Stay in the right lane after taking the exit and follow signs to "41st Street/Mukilteo Exit Only".
