Literally the WORST place I've ever gotten Botox. I've purchased it from 4-5 different places around Tampa with good to amazing results but this place sucks! I even went in for a touch up two weeks later and the P.A. still couldn't get rid of mild wrinkles on my forehead (46 units and $500+ later. I'm 35. The staff was very friendly but the result lasted not even a month. There are far too many other competitors that do WAY better work that lasts.

Both of my appointments were rushed (5 min max to administer) and no marking or good technique was used. Do not go here. Find another place, there are tons to pick from in Tampa and you'll most likely get a better result that lasts the 3-4 months that it should.

Went upon recommendation of a good friend who loves Ultimate Image. So glad I finally did. Dr Besnoff and his staff are amazing. Conservative in his approach, I look refreshed and like the natural self I once was. Went from 62 to 52 in one visit! My new heros. Now I like my mirror again, I see me again! They deserve more than 5 stars. So very grateful, I've already brought my hubby back to have his forehead and ll lines relaxed. Wouldn't be fair if I didnt share this wonderful fountain of youth. Oh, and they run some crazy good specials regularly. Great place, very professional, and best of all, dedicated & talented staff.

The staff here is so courteous and professional! Dr Besnoff is a Master Injector. As somebody who frequents medical offices, I really appreciate the timeliness, cleanliness, and dedication to patients that this practice has. I will definitely be revisiting since it is a quick in and out :-! The only feedback I would give is that I wish the practice had an online booking tool. The back-and-forth l phone calls and messages to schedule are quite dissuading.

I will forever go to Bassam! Between him and Justin at the office, I am always treated so well. I'm super shy and socially awkward, and everyone from Alyssa at the front to Justin and Bassam in the rooms, I never feel awkward. On top of that, I'm a bartender and tattoo artist, so my face is my money maker, and they never steer me wrong. They know when to say hey, I don't think you need this. They allow me to get a half "dose" of dysport to keep my brows moving somewhat (how I like them).

And they tailor this to everyone's needs, I have my best friend who loves her face frozen and lips/cheeks/smile lines filled! I truly can't recommend this office enough. Changed my whole perspective on fillers and neurotoxins!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions, and I was clear on my plan of treatment. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, was because of parking.
