I recently underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Alex two weeks ago and had an exceptionally positive experience. Since I had never had surgery before, Dr. Alex addressed all my questions with ease and care. His energy was notably positive and welcoming compared to other surgeons I consulted, and he provided guidance on alternative procedures that were suggested to me, including their potential effectiveness compared to surgery.
I have found all the nurses I have interacted with to be great so far. The aesthetic outcome, although not fully realized as it takes a year, is precisely what I desired, giving me the feeling that this is the nose I was always meant to have. Although I am still somewhat congested from the surgery, I already notice some airflow on my left side, which was completely blocked previously. I highly recommend this office without any reservations, based on my experience with Dr. Alex and the rest of the team.

As a follow-up, I did follow-up with Dr. Caniglia as he suggested above. He relayed to me at the follow-up appointment he would not do any further work on my face. First, he was unhappy with my yelp post and further he said had he known I had had a previous cosmetic surgery infection he would not have performed surgery on me initially; however, I did go over my previous infection with his pre-op nurse.
I even asked her what you do if I had complications after the surgery. I was hopeful he would had offered to assist me with fixing the facial damages I incurred, he did not. I am now working with another facial plastic surgeon.

Wow is an understatement! From being greeted with filing out paper work, to the Doctor himself being extremely professional and kind. Especially during such a difficult time and following protocols, I was more than satisfied doing business with Caniglia Facial Plastic Surgery. The result too always come into fruition very well. The staff is so nice and makes you feel so welcomed! They are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. I felt so safe before and after surgery. Dr. Caniglia did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with my results. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking into any procedures!
