We welcome you to our spacious office at 305 South Drive, Mountain View, across from El Camino Hospital. Look for the palm trees on your left as you come down South Drive. We have our own office operating room for minor procedures and SmartLipo liposuction under local anesthesia. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lowen holds staff privileges at El Camino Hospital and several area surgery centers.
