Dr. Charles Foley came to medicine after working as a mechanical and manufacturing engineer for seven years. He applies his extensive knowledge in problem solving and precision to the challenges presented in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He graduated medical school from the University of Connecticut in Farmington and completed a 5 year general surgery residency at the University of Connecticut in Hartford.
