To facilitate this process, I offer limited opportunities for a free consultation at certain times of the year, and office hours during the week and on Saturdays.

Our office is a state-of-the-art facility explicitly designed for patient safety and comfort. A state-of-the-art American Association of Accredited Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF) certified ambulatory surgery center, staffed by Board Certified Anesthesiologists, has been custom built to insure that every precaution is taken. I have personally hired every nurse and staff member so that only the most qualified personnel attend to you. By having my own center, I am able to keep my fees affordable for my patients. I also offer financing, and decisions on acceptance are made instantly. I personally consult with every patient, and I am quite fluent in Spanish as well as English so nothing gets lost in translation. I perform all of the surgery myself, and do not use other doctors or assistants.

It is very important that the results of your procedure improve your appearance in a natural way. Truly artful plastic surgery does not make you look different; it leaves others wondering why you look better. If you are interested in a result that I feel is ill suited for you, I will explain the reasons and give you my opinion. Computer imaging is used for virtually all patients, and I can simulate what you may look like after surgery to give you a clear idea as to what you may expect. I will never go against my principles to do something that is not in your best interest.

I treat patients of every ethnicity, and enjoy the unique challenges each skin type brings. As we are in Washington Heights, my fluency in Spanish allows me to continue my special commitment to the Hispanic community by providing a fully bilingual staff with specialized techniques and products for darker skin types. At Columbia, I unfortunately saw many plastic surgical disasters from overseas, and wanted to create a safe environment for the Spanish speaking patient to be educated and treated with the care and respect they deserve. I am proud to say we are succeeding beautifully.

Body Contouring Liposuction Liposuction is a great procedure for healthy patients who have more superficial fat in one area of the body than the others. If the skin has good elasticity, it will re-drape the area following the procedure and create a pleasing shape that is more harmonious.
