I can explain how great the staff are. I was in need of an eye doctor last minute, and they were able to fit me in. The front desk staff was courteous over the phone and when I walked in. The kind attitudes continued with the nurses and doctor. Not from the area, but I would go here if I was local.

My mother Gwen had an Excellent experience at The Eye Center and doctor Siegal was phenomenal and has excellent beside manner. He really cares about his patients and listened to every concern my mother had and helped her have a major break through with her eyesight. It was basically a miracle and he has her seeing things she has not been able to see in months. Thank you Dr. Siegal! Highly recommend this doctor.

Courteous and professional receptionist recording my new insurance card. Professional and capable technician checking pressure and vision and dilating eyes. And Dr. Gewirtz cares. Great doctor.

Doctor Gewirtz was thorough and was caring. He asked questions pertinent questions and was efficient. Extremely timely. Nice to go to a doctors office and not have to wait. Would definitely recommend dr and the people that work for him.

I came in for the annual eye exam- no waiting- the assistant ( I forgot her name) tested my vision, put in the drops, ophthalmologist Dr. Gewirtz came in and did a thorough exam, said I'm OK. All done in like, 15 minutes. However, I then ordered a slight improvement on my prescription, which I thought was pricey but overall, I was happy with my experience today.

I have been going to The Eye Center for many years and that fact speaks for itself. They are all courteous, calm and professional and my doctor is the very best. He takes time to talk with you and explain what he is doing and why.

The staff are extremely pleasant & take care of you and the paperwork with knowledge & a smile! Dr.seigal is very patient and thorough. He was eager to correct my husband's vision the best & most possible. We would definitely recommend this practice. It's worth the drive for us.

I have multiple & serious eye issues related to an autoimmune condition. Dr Linda Zhang & Dr. Susan Carter have been treating me for years with success, caring & compassion. These physicians are remarkable in terms of competency & truly listening to my concerns&questions. And.the office staff! Both front desk & technicians are always very busy. yet remain kind, smart and flexible - I see many " specialists" and for me, this group is outstanding.

Dr. Gewirtz is great (first choice) and Dr. Singh isn't bad either. No family can go in with you and they take your temperature. What sucks is their staff. They are extremely rude and impatient, and audibly complain too. I was handed an expired eye drop bottle and unfortunately had already driven 30 minutes away when I realized. I called the office and the staffer who answered the phone was extremely rude and didn't apologize or care for my concern.

The lady told me to just go to a store and buy another one because the drops won't be as effective since it's expired. Important to note too, she didn't believe me at first and made me double check, and I told her that maybe she should check her inventory so no one else gets an expired bottle like I did. She realized that there were more that's expired and instead of apologizing or empathizing, she was rude and just said well go buy another one or fine, drive back and I'll give you a new bottle.

Seriously the worst office staff I've encountered in a while. Dr Sing is very good but the incompetence and attitude of the staff negate that. The main interest is selling you glasses or double billing office appts. I will be moving my entire family to another practice after my experience today.
