I had injections done on Tuesday with Dr. Jeffries I did not get one bruise anywhere and the experience was delightful, he makes it pain-free!

The staff at the Center are friendly and professional. I've had excellent results from Dr Jeffries, Stephanie and Karen. It's my pleasure to highly recommend them.

Everyone made me feel like Comfortable and at ease. Not self concious. And Dr was very open and explained everything so I knew what the pros and cons were. I'm excited to get my procedures done

I came to The Center to see if they could minimize my acne scars. From the consultation to the final appointment, Stephanie was awesome! She answered every question and recommended treatment as well as what I can do at home to help my face heal. After 3 treatments, my face has bounced back and my scarring is almost completely gone! I would strongly recommend this center! Amazing staff and treatment options!

I went in for a consultation, everyone was very friendly, made me feel extremely at as ease. The Doctor explained what procures would be most beneficial for me (given my age, and skin elasticity ect) they all are truly wonderful place, that gives hope.

Dr. Chris Jeffries and his outstanding team (Breena, Haley, Jan, etc) saw me through two rounds of breast cancer. Everyone there is very compassionate and provided me with the care I needed. I never felt hurried through an appointment and they were very responsive to messages and phone calls. Dr. Jeffries is an artist and a technician that I would recommend to anyone going through breast cancer.

Very pleased! O'BRIEN was awesome at explaining everything! Making sure we reach my goal. Gave me lots of options. I felt so confident and pleased I booked my surgery before I left!

Stephanie was so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable. I'm on day 3 after my bbl and Halo done on my face. I'm excited to see the final results. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Some issues with setting up prescreenings but the center was great about scheduling my appointments and very helpful changing the schedule to help me. If I need more surgery I would go to the center again.

Everyone is very nice from check in to payment. Karen is wonderful and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend for all you body and skin care needs.

I want to express my kindest of gratitude to the entire staff at The Center for Plastic Surgery and Skin Care, but most of all my doctor, Dr. Birk, whom when first saw my condition immediately started planning and like an artist a formula that would be a success--with his knowledge, care for the patient and wonderful communication skills, he is a winner and I have such confidence and faith that Dr. Birk is the finest in his field I could possibly ask for as I have a complicated procedure, and he is the one that can do this! The doctors and the staff are outstanding! The results are phenomenal! They are extremely professional and have a high-level attention to detail. I wouldn't use anyone else ever for skin care and surgical "touchups"

I was very nervous before my appointment. Ashley was very informative and calming. Then I met Dr Jeffries. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Tracy was kind and scheduled my surgery. I feel that I was a part of every step. I was involved with making decisions. This is a medical necessity surgery and I was afraid. Kudos to everyone. Visited the Center for Skin Care to help manage facial sun damage. The technician Kenzie was very knowledgeable and nicely explained everything thoroughly, including the fabulous array of skin care products they sell. As a first time visitor she patiently answered my questions. The BBL procedure takes 7-10 days for recovery so I don't yet know the results but it sure feels and looks like it's working. The office was clean and peaceful with a gorgeous view over Traverse City.
