I have recently gotten my 2nd treatment of MiraDry done on 2/26/20. I definitely saw a huge difference with my 1st treatment I'd say 80% but I wanted to be extra and do another treatment. My sweating has subsided with a great side affect of hair loss. = I had the procedure done and went back to work. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who has hyperhydrosis to axilla. I have not increased sweating any other part of my body.

The Drs and the rest of the staff here are so helpful and friendly. They try to work around your schedule the best they can. Dr Strimling is so patient and willing to explain every step of the procedure to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment he has suggested. He caught where another Dr in a totally different clinic missed taking out a part of my melanoma which could have been a very serious matter.
But Dr Strimling went back in and corrected the issue to make sure it was all removed completely. KUDOS TO EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK. THANK YOU FOR CARING

Dr. was very good. I like Dr. Strimling. When I needed my prescription filled the Pharmacy called to get approval. Strimling's office never bothered to return the call. I waited over a month. I finally called Dr. Strimlings office leaving a voice message to please contact the Pharmacy to approve my refills. They never called. Another month past by I used my entire lunch hour waiting on hold to talk to a live person.
I was put on hold for 15 minutes. She comes back online and tells me I need to schedule another appointment to be seen. With this type of customer service I will not be going back. I made an appointment with another firm because Dr. Stirmling's staff is slower than molasses!

Doctor Handler was pleasant to visit and "handled" what I needed done with professionalism and care. I was well satisfied with the services. While I did have an issue with the office staff, after some communication back and forth, Dr. Strimling had an assistant call me. She listened to the circumstances and resolved it satisfactorily.
