Took my mother to ER from Bethany. At first I thought it was ok. Then when they discharged her back to Bethany before any real tech has read her cat scan 1-1/2 later they call Bethany and want be back due to cat scan wasn't read correctly. Now they should have kept her until mri was read correctly. Then while back to ER the staff seem to think it was funny that a dementia patient had gotten all The way to the parking lot before they found her. Are you kidding me these are supposed to be professionals. My mother was hearing all this along with myself and friend. I will never take anyone to these disrespectful place

A guy walked in gushing blood cut his arm all the way down to the bone and he's still waiting 2 1/2 hours later! There clearly should be a time cap or they need more doctors. This is ridiculous I feel bad for this guy.

The ICU staff is top notch. Thank you for making me feel like you wanted me to live Unlike Guthrie who tried to kick me out after my surgery at 10:30 at night with killer BP! Dr. DILL was incredible! Thank you so much '

Am new to the area, and have had to have lots of appointments here to get established. So far, I am very impressed with this facility. Clean, with a convenient parking lot that is not so big that it is a long walk. Efficient, helpful staff, and plenty of spaced out seating. I especially like the lady who drew my blood. She was so friendly, and had uplifting words of encouragement posted all over.

I have not had to wait for more than 20 minutes for any appointment. Even the outside is welcoming, with beautiful flowers and landscaping around the entrance. Most importantly, I appreciate the employee policy that restricts the use of perfumes and fragrances, since most perfumes are dangerous for me. It is a safe place for me, and I am thankful for that.

The billing department is a joke. 3 years I've been going and they can't even code a yearly wellness exam right. Everytime I go they code it as something else and my insurance doesn't cover anything. Then I waste hours on hold to talk to their billing department to recode and fix their issues. This year I had to call them on 3 occasions just to fix one bill.

Very disrespectful an un caring about patience also due to covid 19 rooms are suppose to be disinfected an properly cleaned however my wife an I had our daughter an the shower had water just sitting in it an hair or something all over the bottom of it. I do not reccomend anyone to have kids at arnot hospital this is not the first time having problems have had issues here several times glad I will not be coming back here

I was at the ED with another individual as the patient. The staff were very helpful. The hospital was neat, clean, and relatively quiet, considering there was a decent amount of activity. I was grateful for the meal, although the meal did leave a lot to be desired. fastest treatment and discharge I have seen considering the situation.

Horrible hospital and needs to shut down or someone needs to buy them out. Do not take your family there. Drive to Guthrie if you can. Missed 2 lesions on my mothers mammogram. Luckily we were smart enough to get a second opinion and we caught it. Do not go Arnot! Wish I could give 0 stars

I had gastric bypass right after surgery they tried having me drink from a straw and that is a big no for bypass patients. Then a couple hours after surgery I had to use the bathroom. I was a 1-2 assist/fall risk they left me in the bathroom alone and never came back. They also tried feeding me "real food" when I was clear liquids only. Not sure how a gastric person can eat a burger after surgery but whatever then they told me I'd be discharged between 4-5pm and then it was 7 and then it was 5:30. DO NOT RECOMMEND the arnot

My grandma waited for 6 hours sick with covid and a heart problem. The first time I called they failed at transferring and I could hear them cussing and talking about their own problems. very unprofessional. The second time I told them I could hear them and she said nothing just transferred me. When the e.r. picked up the woman was very rude and hung up on me while I was trying to check on my grandma.

This place is a joke. If you don't care about your patients and their families then get out of health care! Now she is headed to guthrie and I hope for her doctors sake there isn't anything else wrong. pos hospital.
