I have waited a little over a year to completely recover from my surgery to write my review. Dr. Patrick Sullivan performed the following surgery on me, an upper, mid and lower face and neck rejuvenation along with an upper blepharoplasty, fat grafting to my lower eyelids and other areas of my face. At one of my post operative visits I expressed to Dr. Sullivan that I noticed improvement but was not happy with the outcome of a few areas, he explained to me I needed more time to heal.

We then met at a later date one on one and reviewed before and after photos. I once again pointed out the areas of concern to me. Dr. Sullivans response "Any other woman would be happy with these results!" Dr. Sullivan repeatedly expressed to my husband and myself " I want all my patients to be happy that's my goal and I will do whatever it takes to make you happy." I requested a revision surgery. Dr Sullivans response "If you are not happy with my first surgery what makes you think you'll be happy with my second?" He also explained one area could not be repaired and offered me three complimentary botox treatments for my forehead an area not included in my surgery.

After my healing process I met with a few prominent plastic surgeons who confirmed my concerns. I hold no anger or resentment towards Dr. Sullivan. What upsets me greatly is a few of his last words to me. "What can I say, I dropped the ball. I'm sorry! " My hope is, Dr. Sullivan never drops the ball on another patient. I am scheduled for revision surgery with another doctor.

Please note I am able to quote Dr. Sullivan as a result of my review of voice memos of our visits which is legal on federal and state levels and also accepted by JAMA ( Journal of American Medicine Association)

I am so happy with the results of my recent septorhinoplasty with Dr. Sullivan. I had been wanting this procedure for about 20 years, I wish I had done it sooner! For years I've dealt with breathing problems, and very low self esteem due to the shape of my nose, it was like a huge depressing cloud hanging over my head. Dr. Sullivan took my severely crooked nose and was able to straighten it and give it the definition it lacked, and now I'm able to breathe through one side of my nose that I wasn't able to before.

The shape of my nose fits my face perfectly and is natural looking. I absolutely love it! I honestly never thought I'd be able to say that about my nose. From start to finish, every aspect of this journey has been pleasant. Dr. Sullivan and his staff have been wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend!

I am almost one year out from my breast augmentation. I am so happy with the results. They look and feel natural. The size is just perfect for my body frame. They are so symmetric and the nipples look so youthful which I had never even considered would be a part of the improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan.

My experience with Dr. Sullivan and his staff was nothing but first rate! From the first appointment to the preparation, through the surgery and recovery process, they made me feel like a person and not just a patient. They were always available and made me feel like I was important, and that all my questions and concerns were valid. I'm thrilled with the results!

After having children and gaining/losing weight over a number a years, I love looking in the mirror again (something I couldn't say for a long time). For these reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan!

Dr. Sullivan performed the following surgery on me in May, 2021: an upper, mid and lower face and neck rejuvenation along with a lower blepharoplasty, earlobe reduction, fat grafting to my lower eyelids, lips and other areas of my face. I am very pleased with my results overall and am also specifically commenting on Dr. Sullivan's skill and expertise with fat grafting.

He harvested fat from my inner thighs and transferred that fat to my face and lips. The surgery went very well and my recovery was amazingly fast. By day 6 or 7, I noticed a huge step forward in my recovery in both feeling better and looking better. By the end of two weeks, I felt great and well enough to drive myself home at a distance away. I should also note that prior to the surgery, Dr. Sullivan explained to me the science behind the fat grafting and how the stem cells that are transferred to the patient's face will work over time to not only replace the loss of collagen, but also to improve one's complexion and skin tone.

Imagine my amazement when around week 6 or 7 I felt almost an overnight sensation of my face puffing up and filling out. Initially I thought it was only my own impression, but then two family members/friends each, in separate instances, remarked in amazement to me when I walked into the room that they could instantly see the change (without any prompting from me, I might add).

It was and continues to be remarkable. Dr. Sullivan also indicated I may continue to see improvement up to three years after the surgery. One additional note I would like to make: If you are a candidate for earlobe reduction as recommended by Dr. Sullivan, do it! I had that as an option after my initial consultation and was not originally planning to do it since I thought "How could that make a difference, since I wear my hair down most of the time?" Thirty days prior to surgery, a friend of mine urged me to do it as the additional fee for that option was relatively small when compared to the overall expenditure. Well, I did and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I look like I have a young woman's earlobes! They complement the overall facial rejuvenation and really do make a difference. Last but not least, when I saw Dr. Sullivan for my initial follow up appointment after the surgery, my first comment to him was this: "Dr. Sullivan, you gave me better lips than God did!" Enough said. PS: Dr. Sullivan's nurses, both Kim in the office and Grace the overnight after-care nurse, are first class, extremely professional and very responsive. One can text them anytime with any questions or concerns one may have and they always respond in very short order. And kudos to Dr. Sullivan's entire office team. Angels!

What a truly exceptional experience and result! After years of not feeling confident about my breasts and deflation due to 14 months of pumping, I finally got up the courage to book the consultation. It's never an easy decision to have surgery but Dr. Sullivan's team made me feel comfortable and confident during the entire process. They walked me through every detail of the procedure, pre-op, and post-op recovery.

They were available night and day for any concerns or questions, I always felt supported right up to my final visit. The most notable part of this process is the final product, I couldn't be more satisfied with my results, I have natural, proportionate, and symetrical breasts. This transformation was truly life changing, I am comfortable in my body and confident it any outfit!

I wish I had a breast augmentation sooner but you know what they say better late than never! If you are even considering plastic surgery Dr. Sullivan and his team are the best of the best and the only place I will ever go to have any kind of plastic surgery.

Dr Sullivan is a unicorn. I trust him so much that this is the second procedure that he has performed for me. Not only are his results beautiful but you can feel safe and confident with him. I had a breast augmentation and lift procedure with Dr. Sullivan over one year ago. I am ecstatic with the results! He creates very natural looking breasts so you can't even tell they are implants! Kim who is the RN was amazing throughout the entire procedure. Absolutely amazing! Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff are the best! He's extremely talented and has taken away my insecurities with his flawless work. I've just had my second breast augmentation with Dr. Sullivan, my first one was 15 years ago with saline implants, I am as happy with my second experience as I was with my first. Dr. Sullivan's team is exceptional. My experience pre surgery and post surgery have been excellent with support from Dr. Sullivan and Kim (Dr. Sullivan's RN). Pre and post instructions were given and followed and i experienced no issues at all. My experience has been extremely pleasant and I would and have recommended Dr. Sullivan to anyone I know that is looking to have cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Sullivan is THE BEST. I visited several other top plastic surgeons in Boston prior to seeing Dr. Sullivan all of which seemed to be great. However, after my first visit with him I got this very safe and genuine feeling from him, which is why I chose him. Prior to my surgery each person I engaged with and said his name to their response was similar " Wow, you are so lucky, he is the best".

Hearing that several times I gained even more confident in my decision. Following my surgery, I could not be happier with my results. He fit my specifications and what was safe for my body. He is definitely pricier than some of the doctors out there but I can tell you its 1000% worth it. you will get something safe, minimal complications and fantastic results.

Dr Sullivan did an excellent job repairing swelling issues below my eyes caused by genetics. People frequently asked if I was tired even when I felt fine. After surgery everyone is amazed how much younger I look. And no one has mentioned that I look tired. I am very pleased.

I would not trust my eyes to anyone else and thanks to his office financial programs, I don't have to settle for anything less than the best of the best. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Don't wait, make an appointment for a consultation and see your dreams come true.

I got a breast lift with implants 4 days ago and I am obsessed with them already! I can't stop looking at them! When I initially met with Dr. Sullivan he listened to what I was looking for and went over everything in great detail. His team was amazing and answered all of my questions from beginning to end. After surgery, if I had any questions I was able to contact my nurse Kim anytime and always got a response ASAP. It's 4 days after surgery and I feel no pain and I was never in any crazy discomfort!

I have never had a surgery before so I thought I would be in a lot of pain and discomfort for a while, but nope! After meeting with Dr. Sullivan I didn't bother shopping around to other surgeons because I knew from our first meeting that he was going to give me the look I wanted. I read his reviews on all different platforms and looked at his before and after pictures because I wanted to look more natural than fake and he does exactly that.

I am so happy with my experience at Dr Sullivan's office. I went for a breast augmentation consult and my experience was more than I ever expected. Believe me when I tell you that you will not find a Dr that cares more about your surgery. Dr Sullivan is in the business of outstanding results. If you want perfection then he is your man. He is not only nice friendly and smart and experienced but he is definitely a perfectionist.

He truly wanted my surgery results to be perfect! That is why he suggested a fat injection and a nipple placement in addition to the augmentation surgery. I really appreciated his recommendations. Because this is my very first time having plastic surgery I've decided I only want to do the breast augmentation. I completely respect his decision not to perform my surgery without the additional recommendations.

He will not settle for less than perfect results and that is very commendable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone thinking about surgery. He is definitely my #1 choice! While I'm sad he won't be doing my breast aug I'm very happy I have met him and know that if I'm ever looking for more surgery in the future he will be the first Dr I call.

Getting a rhinoseptoplasty done with Dr. Sullivan was the best decision I've ever made! He is so patient and attentive and he & his staff make you feel so comfortable. They were there for me every step of the way. I could not be happier with my results as my biggest worry has always been that I could potentially not look like myself after the surgery.

Not only has my breathing improved but the results are so natural and subtle. I still look like myself- just better! My only regret is not doing it sooner. I would recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone looking for a TRULY talented surgeon with great customer service and an amazing team!

*post abdominal liposuction 7 month check in* Doctor Sullivan gave me my confidence back! I have been working out and into fitness since my early 20's and no matter what I did, what diet I was on, how hard I worked, I couldn't get rid of the front butt I had on my lower abdomen. It made me feel so self conscious and I never wanted to go to the beach or wear anything that might show it.

I hated the way I looked. I decided to do some research and found Dr. Sullivan. He explained what he could do for me and set my expectations so I was aware that although he could help me that I wasn't going to get a six pack overnight. Abdominal liposuction was no quick fix but would assist me with all the steps I was already taking to get me to where I wanted to be.

He answered all my questions and provided all of the information I needed before I even scheduled the surgery to ensure this was the right decision for me. The surgery itself went so much better than I could have asked for. I felt no pain and very minimal discomfort. Dr Sullivan and his staff made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me for weeks after my procedure.

I noticed a huge difference immediately even with the swelling that occurs. During the process, Dr. Sullivan and his staff were always available for questions or concerns or just to check in. Today marks 7 months post surgery and I am thrilled with the results. I now can wear bikinis that I would never even think of wearing before. My front butt is completely gone and I now have that flat stomach that I had worked so hard for for so many years but just needed that little extra help. I wish I did this procedure years ago! I will be going back to Dr. Sullivan for any of my future cosmetic endeavors. Thank you!

I can't recommend Dr. Sullivan and his team enough! Amanda was very helpful and patient with me picking out a date for my consultation. She was extremely kind and calmed my nerves as I was interested in having a breast augmentation. Meeting dr Sullivan put my mind as ease immediately. He sat with me answered all my questions and made sure I was confident about my decision.

He was also very honest and realistic about my goals from the breast augmentation. Kim is the best nurse and answered my questions after my operation. I can't thank dr sullivan and his team enough for the thought and attention to detail!

I waited weeks for an appointment and when I showed up, checked in, paid my money and waited nearly an hour, I was told Dr Sullivan decided to go to a meeting and won't be in. However, I could see a nurse practitioner instead or wait another few hours for when he'd arrive. I explained I was newly just out from given birth and had a newborn at home so I could wait for hours more.

While his nurse was as helpful as lovely as can be, the business manager was incredibly dismissive and beyond rude. The nurse called the Dr to see if anything could be done and he decided his meeting was too important and just didn't want to reschedule. To add insult to injury, when I tried to reschedule, they could not accommodate a make-up appointment in the coming days. So, I still have urgent medical symptoms and will be waiting weeks again to see another Dr. There is clearly no consideration for patient care by this Dr or his back office.

I consulted with several plastic surgeons prior to choosing Dr. Sullivan for my face lift. All the plastic surgeons I consulted came highly recommended, had excellent credentials and were admired by their peers. It was Dr. Sullivan's attention to detail and his thorough explanation of the procedures that convinced me he was the right choice. I believe that Dr. Sullivan genuinely loves making you look better. It's a vibe that you can feel as he explains each procedure.

I had two pre-op appointments with Dr. Sullivan to review the surgical plan with explicit written instructions for pre and post-op care. His nurse, Kim is wonderful and provided a lot of the post-op support. Nearly one year out and I am tickled with the results. Do I look like a model? Of course not, sadly it is not in my gene pool, but I no longer look perpetually sad, mad or tired.

All with no visible scars or the "plastic surgery look". Dr. Sullivan is a dedicated perfectionist with an artistic ability based in medical science. As someone who has worked in medical research for 30 odd years I have a deep appreciation for the latter but just love the way the former looks on me.

I am writing with regard to Dr. Patrick Sullivan. While he was highly endorsed by Robert Leonard as well as being double board certified and his commendable written reviews, it was the first consultation where I ultimately made my decision. I was extremely impressed by his incredible knowledge and attentiveness to my personal needs. On December 7, 2017 I had breast augmentation with a lift.

I have never had surgery and Dr. Sullivan eased all of my anxiety. He took time right before anesthesia to comfort me once again to go over the procedure. His compassion, sensitivity and overall demeanor exemplified the qualities of the ultimate doctor. The same level of respect and caring was also consistent with his professional staff that make me feel so welcomed at every office visit.

The day after the surgery Dr. Sullivan called me personally to check in and see how I was doing. While this may be a common practice for him, I felt validated by his sincerity. I even received flowers from him which helped brighten my spirits. I encountered some difficulty where by my body was rejecting the dissolvable stiches but Kim from his office was amazing with taking such good care of me. I would strongly recommend Dr. Sullivan for anyone contemplating any type of plastic surgery. He and his staff are first quality and provide the best experience possible.

First, let me state that this review is from my experience with a follow up email, requesting prices for Botox and not the doctor or service itself. I emailed the office requesting a price for Botox. They stated $6 per unit which is a great price, but then they stated they do 60 UNITS PER AREA! NO WAY! Do your research people. I have been getting Botox from Umass surgeon for years as well as a surgeon at Beth Isreal and paid $349 for 40 units ( 2 AREA'S).

Check out Real Self and you will find the average surgeon does 20 units per area. 60 units is ridiculous and in my opinion sounds fishy. so you are paying $600 for 1 AREA, when I pay $349 for 2? Doesn't sound right to me. Go elsewhere! Stop over paying. Stay away from places that charge " per area" as well. Always pay per unit, which averages just under $10 unit.

The $6 unit is ridiculous because they are putting 3x the amount of Botox that is recommended, just to make an exaggerated amount per customer. Bad business practice. People who go to this place are throwing away, good, hard earned money and subjecting their bodies to excessive amounts of Botox. I will include a photo taken 3 or 4 days after Botox for forehead and between eyebrows. I had 40 units. It lasted 6 months. I now go to Simply Injectables in Providence. He is the best!

Dr. Sullivan and his team are beyond fabulous! I highly recommend Dr. Sullivan, his expertise in Plastic Surgery are unmatched in RI. I would not trust anyone else with my body but Dr. Sullivan. From the moment you walk into his office to the operating table, Dr. Sullivan's focus is always on perfecting whatever procedure you're getting done. My results are perfect! Thank you!

I'm writing this review in reference to Maureen Sullivan's services. This woman knows what she's doing with Botox injections and fillers. I had gone to her in 2014 to address some issues with my forehead and crows feet and was astounded by the results of what she suggested for my facial profile. Being a snowbird, I had to seek other maintenance down south that winter and was so disappointed with the result after being in the "know" of the knowledge she imparted to me during my visit with her. It's been over a year since I saw her last week, but man was it worth it. I'm seeing the results after 3 days. Maureen really thinks about you and your needs. I would recommend her to my best friend.
