My primary care physician recommended Dr. Buck since I had no clue which plastic surgeon to approach for elective cosmetic surgery. It was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. Beyond being a pleasant and caring person, Dr. Buck immediately won my trust since she identified my issue and did not try to oversell me on procedures I didn't need.
Her staff were wonderful and the care I received on the day of my surgery, their follow-up and the final results were all exceptional. I will be visiting them again despite the hour and a half drive it takes me to get to their office, it is well worth it!

The staff and Dr. Buck are all terrific. Warm and very caring and Dr. Buck does have a great bedside manner. About a year and a have ago I had an eyes lift and a face lift. Well a piece of debri was under my eye lid right after the surgery. I hadn't even left the office, I mentioned something about it and I was ignored. I went back for a check up a few days later and told Dr.
Buck about it. I could not open my eye because something was rubbing on my eye creating a horrible pain. She took a look but didn't see anything. On my next follow up visit a few days later my eye was still a problem and she went ahead and took the stitches out from the eye surgery hoping that would fix my problem. It didn't. I asked her if she took the stitches out would it effect the outcome of the surgery, she said no. Well, It did.
I came in with beautiful shaped eyes, now one is bigger than the other and they look horrible. I have scars from the stitches on both eyes that go from below the eye brow to above the eye brow. Taking the stitches out did not fix the problem with my eye and she offered nothing in the way of a solution. Out the door I went still wearing a patch over my eye because I couldn't open my eye.
I finally went to an ophthalmologist, he found what looked like a cutting from a stitch that was under my eye lid that was rubbing on my eye. Such pain it caused. I am lucky it didn't get infected. I called the office and left a message for Dr. Buck with the ophthalmologists finding. I never heard back from her or her staff. After all of my follow up appointments I have not stepped foot in her office.
I truly wish she would have made things right by me. I hate looking in the mirror and seeing her bad work looking back at me, and unpaid for it! This really sucks that I have to go through the surgery and expense again to be happy about what I see in the mirror. I am so happy for the ones that had great outcomes, I wish I could have been one of them. The face lift really wasn't that great either. Dr. Buck and all of the staff are wonderful caring people. Everyone listens to make sure I am comfortable, and that I understand what to expect before, during, and after. Dr. Buck has the best bedside manner of any dr. I have ever been to see. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. I LOVE my results already! Thank you so much Dr. Buck you are awesome!

DO NOT SEE DR. JAY ROSS! He is a liar, and a very angry man when he gets questioned! I found out my breast implants were recalled and caused cancer. Unfortunately I just lost my brother to cancer 6 months prior to my visit with doctor Ross. I explained what happened to my brother, and being a single mother of a minor, I was very concerned for my health.
At first he was very compassionate, and patient with all my questions. He Informed me I will be reimbursed for my implants, do to them being recalled and convince me to upgrade my implant as well, which was more money. After my surgery, my friend brought me to my checkup, and I asked him when I would get my check from the reimbursement, he said 4 weeks, my friend was my witness.
On my next visit when I asked again about the check he said he never told me that, and there is no such thing. Not only did he deny it, he got very LOUD, and NASTY with me. Telling me at least you won't DIE of CANCER! Knowing I just lost my brother to cancer, I was so upset and crying, his reception who is a sweetheart, took me in the other room to comfort me.
I called the Allergan company who supplies the implants, and they said that money is owed to me, the person I spoke to from allergan even tried calling her self, and was told he was unavailable, and he never call her back either. When I tried to call him again, he would not get on the phone, or return any calls! I have spoken to a couple of the girls that had went to him over the years, and they told me how nasty he got with them when questioned as well. It's been over a year, and I'm still fighting for money owed to him!

Dr. Buck and her staff are amazing. I'm one year post-op with a reduction and am so happy I chose her. She makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. I rave about her to everyone I know. I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Buck at the Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery Centre. From my first visit to the office to my last appointment, the entire staff was very professional and kind. I was extremely satisfied with my results. Dr. Jennifer Buck was a very nice and listened to my concerns. After my surgical procedure, Dr. Buck walked me out to our vehicle where my husband was waiting. She then buckled me in and said to drive carefully. I will always remember that kind gesture. I would highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Buck!

Dr. Buck and her staff were so caring and professional during my recent reconstruction surgery and after care from my mastectomy. The result, I can now say looks amazing! I am so very pleased and happy with the "artistic" work of Dr. Buck! She did a beautiful job and she and her staff we excellent. Dr. Buck has an amazing eye for detail. She is passionate about her profession and her skills shines accordingly. Her compassion for her patients and personality creatives a relaxing atmosphere.
