If you are experiencing any of the issues above, making you look tired and feel older than you are, Dr. Rostami can remedy this with non-surgical methods such as dermal fillers; or subtly pick up a forehead with neurotoxin injections; or recommend Endymed skin tightening for a lift around the eyes and forehead; or suggest chemical peels for the under eye areas; or perhaps a laser resurfacing for the fine lines with the addition of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) to rejuvenate the area. And of course, she has the expertise to perform corrective surgery, or a combination of surgeries, on your brows, forehead and eyelids.

I was referred to Dr. Rostami and waited five weeks for an initial appointment despite having rashes and swelling on my eyelids. I left that appointment with unanswered questions and the feeling that she was only interested in moving patients to the point of surgery as quickly as possible and not in other, less profitable treatment options. One of her assistants told me this was her "bread and butter".

During this initial in-person appointment, there was another tele-health patient listening in on the computer screen while I was being questioned by the nurse about my symptoms. I didn't realize she could hear us until she started speaking. Embarrassing for everyone. During my follow up appointment, I was kept waiting in a pre-exam room for 45 minutes while the doctor was alone in her office next door.

I finally went out to ask if I had been forgotten about and was told she was very busy and would be with me as soon as possible. I was finally examined by a substitute clinician who I found to be inexperienced and insulting. The assistant in the room that day also could not have been any more apathetic. After two visits with frustration after each, I would not recommend this practice.

Can't say enough about Dr Rostami and her stuff amazing doctor very friendly stuff. She took her time and gave the best results, I had very deep acne scars and she treated my scars with fillers and got the best and smooth results. She Is not pushy like some other doctors that wants to just sell. I'll definitely come back and I'm strongly recommend her

I have been to many ophthalmologist and optical surgeons in my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Rostami. I recently had an infected tear duct and was at another ophthalmologist. The other ophthalmologist tried several things and even gave me a shot of Novacaine that felt like my whole eye was on fire. Then I was referred to Dr. Rostami. Everything changed once I got there. She did what she said she was going to do and told me it would be pain-free. And you know what? She was right. I would highly recommend anybody to this practice.

Very bad experience. Lack of communication among the office staff. Very inflexible and not willing to work with you. They did not schedule a proper 2 week follow up after my first visit and the results were asymmetric. They "couldn't" fit me in and pushed it back so late that she refused to touch it up and wanted to charge me the full amount again. They just want your money and that's it. Would not recommend.

Dr. Rostami and her staff are wonderful. I was very nervous my first time in and they were sensitive to this which helped me relax. I LOVE results I got with filler around my mouth and under my eyes. It is subtle enough that friends can notice an improvement in my appearance but it's not obvious. I, on the other hand, can tell a huge difference! I won't just trust anyone. I'm very happy I came to Dr. Rostami.

I had an appointment scheduled this morning at 8 am for eyelid surgery. I received confirmation emails up until my scheduled appointment time. I arrived at 735 am to be safe. No one showed up at the time of opening so at 835 I called the other office in McLean just to find out my doctor had taken off but it wasn't communicated to me and his next availability isn't until June 5th. If you value your time, I would recommend avoiding this place.

My experience with Dr. Naz was amazing. She is so nice and very patience explaining everything in details. She explained everything in details when she was doing my nose fillers. She did half of it now then rest in 2 weeks. She told me step by step what she was doing. She was definitely amazing. Would love to see her again. Plus she charge me full price for 1st and 2nd injection so next time I come she won't charge me again. She explain to me that she can't put all the injection at one time.

Dr. Rostami did an upper an upper and lower blepharoplasty on my eyes in August 2020 and my results were amazing -- better than I dreamed possible. I also had her do my Botox and fillers last week. I appreciate her artistry and trust her competence. She has one of the best reputations as an ocular surgeon in the DC metro area. I researched extensively before selecting a cosmetic surgeon and I believe you get what you pay for! Prices were comparable to other highly rated cosmetic surgery practices in Tysons Corner area. I highly recommend Dr. Rostami.

I am new to the area and I wanted to find a physician that specializes in ocular plastic surgery. The sensitivity of the eye area had me a little uneasy in finding the right physician that was informative and could express the same expectations that I had towards the outcome of the survey. Dr. Naz has the best spirit, humor and bedside manner for the job. She made me feel very comfortable and I know she's the right physician for my needs. Thanks again for your service and professional staff

Dr. Naz is amazing! I saw her for a scary medical consultation and she put my fears to rest immediately. She was so friendly and down to earth. Took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, didn't make me feel rushed at all. She even helped work with my schedule to ensure I could get back to normal life as quickly as possible. A+ experience, and I will definitely see her again for any future medical or cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Rostami was fabulous. She carefully told me about the procedure I wanted and then did it wonderfully. She injected half a mg in my nasolabial folds and was truly an expert. I was only 26 when I did it but it has lasted until I was 31. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about her patients!

Where do I begin? I contacted the office for a free consultation for under eye filler ( and any other needed procedures around my eyes). Although, I have had fillers at other offices, I was really looking forward to this consultation. I rearranged my schedule and earmarked a couple of thousand in my checking to get the procedure(s) done. Not to mention I drove for a hour to make the appointment.

The front office and patient coordinator were pleasant. However, when dr Rostami came in she was extremely cold and short spent two minutes with me ( literally) and on the way out waved to her coordinator and said if I wanted to setup the filler she will do it. she was not at all interested in my concerns and I have never been treated that indifferent by a physician.

I actually would have done the procedure and whatever else was recommended that day. I was left stunned and thought perhaps i'm not the "type" of patient she is looking for or maybe they don't think I have money, or maybe because it was a free consultation. Not sure, but I just wouldn't recommend. Even though some of her reviews weren't that great, I sought her out because she went to Howard. One pro, $3 parking was validated :) lol The search continues!

Unfortunately my experience with this doctor has been horrible. I counsulted the clinic for swelling under my right eye. She diagnosed that the swelling was due to fillers in the area after injection I had months prior at a different office. She suggested the use of Hyaluronidase, saying that it would dissolve the product and return to normal. I was a littl skeptical also because th doctor that had performed the filling prior, from a different country, insisted that it was not due to the product.

I asked them to ensure me that that was the problem and they told me of how specialized she is and she knows what she is talking about. She also said that if it didn't turn out ok she will fix it. Well the result is that the swelling is now even worse and she refused to do any other intervention to try and fix it. She didn't even schedule a follow up to see possible changes.

She also showed me, during the course of the 3 visits, that she was very forgetful, of what she had done to my eye and were she exatly performed the shot. Also she touched my eye saying what she was touching was filler, while the same stuff I could feel on the other eye, where I have no swelling, so it is probably just part of the eye anatomy. On top of all that after my complaints with the administrator, Abdul, he promised he would talk to her and get back to me, but it has been over a week and he never got back to me, after I went over again to talk to him one more time and sent an email.

Over all very unprofessional and zero compassion. I will probably proceed the legal way, to at least get my money back. This was a terrible experience. To me she had no idea of what she was talking about, it does not look like she is that skilled or knowledgeable or professional.

I had to get a medical eye lift and Dr. Naz was recommended. She was highly professional and made me feel so comfortable. I wasn't too sure about doing this. since it would be my 4th surgery in a year due to two retinal detachments and the side effect was droopy eyes. She was patient and kind and undetstood I wanted to not look any different. It's been 4 months and WOW! Love the results! I also wanted to say, the front desk was so great about my flexible schedule and changes too! I highly recommend this place!

In a field which requires both professional knowledge and an artistic vision, Dr. Rostami stands as the master of both in her specialty. She only performs procedures that manifestly and substantially improves the appearance of her patients, and in which, the undeniable benefits far outweigh the cost of undergoing an invasive procedure. This is one doctor, a true professional and artist, whom you can Trust. One can truly feel that he/she is in good hands.

2 weeks after surgery for lower vlepharoplastic, . i realized that one my right eyehad more fat then the other.my eyes didnt match. when i went back to dr rostami, and she agreed that one had more fat then the other. but she said i was moving around alot and thats why my results are the way they are. after arguing my case i said i cant not have one eye looking like this and the other looking normal. she agreed to have me come in and take out more fat from the left eye. but with out anesthesia. i went with out anesthesia it was very painful it wasnt done right the first time. and they tried blaming me that i was moving around. how can u move around when your under general anesthesia.finally after 2 years i had to redo this all over agian with dr, richards in bethesda. if it was done right the first time i woould have saved $$$ and pain.but it wasnt and had to go somewhere eslse to get the right results.i dont want others to go through what i went through.

Dr. Rostami was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist. I had eyelid surgery in her office. I can't tell you how pleased I was with the result. I just attended my high school reunion, and I saw people I hadn't seen in 40 years or more. Many of them made a point of sending me emails after the reunion, as well as giving me many compliments while I was there, telling me how pretty I looked. Dr. Rostami's entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for facial plastic surgery, especially ocular facial surgery. She is wonderful!

Hands down Dr. Rostami is the best in the area. She is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, honest and dedicated. She doesn't beat around the bush or push things on you, she is genuine and compassionate to her patients. The staff are all professional, friendly and very helpful as well. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Rostami to anyone and everyone - especially if you are looking for any cosmetic procedures and eye surgeries!

Ability to make the appt was fine and the Dr was on time and prompt but that was where the good news ended. I was there with my elderly mother. The Dr was rushed, spent more time facing her computer than talking to the patient, was extremely impatient when dealing with a patient who may need extra time for exam or instructions and ultimately ended up prescribing an anitbiotic that was $200 and not covered by insurance.

When asked to help facilitate working with the insurance company to get another medication patient was told by the "office manager", "we don't have the time or the staff to help you with that, you will just need to pay out of pocket". They did not assist in finding an alternative medication and were extremely rude, disrespecful and unhelpful - very disappointing

My experience with Dr Rostami has been great. My issue is her billing company she employs. Unfortunately, during the time period I went which was late 2011, they were having accounting issues, apparently. I was told that by someone who worked there. The accountant they had was horrible, and didn't charge people when they should have been charged.

Case in point, I went in for my skin tag and mole removals around the Nov 2011 time frame, and I didn't get a bill for the procedure until Nov 2012. I paid for it as soon as I received the bill, so therefore, I think I am done. Nope, I just recently (Dec 2012) started getting the "Complete Comprehensive Exam" fee of $279.96, of which $183.75 is still due for Aug 2011!

I don't mind paying what I owe, but this is RIDICULOUS and a complete waste of my time. I went in for another consult for some skin maintenance procedures that I wanted to have done in Nov 2012. But after this billing ordeal, I think I will pass! Again, Dr Rostami and her office are nice enough. But not nice enough for me to have to go through all these billing issues! 3/20/13 - an update.

Not only did they not handle this properly. They had their law offices call me and say that they have been billing me since 2011. I have never received a bill since recently, and does it make sense that it would take 2 years to put someone into collections. I used to work in a bank and it doesn't take that long. I have lowered my rating to a 1 star for the horrible mismanagement of someone's bill and credit due to their own negligence. If you were a patient in 2012 or prior, you should beware of bills that never came. Had this happen to anyone else?

I saw Dr. Rostami yesterday for an infected clogged tear duct. Her office fit me in as an emergency patient. I waited about 30 minutes, which is not bad considering I did not have an appointment. She listened to me. Gave me the prescriptions I needed to feel better and I have a follow up in about a week. Overall I was very pleased with the fact that they saw me on such short notice and that she helped me feel better.

Dr. Rostami just removed a cancerous leison off my eyelid. I go back tomorrow to have my stitches removed. She did a phenomenal job to remove the affected area while preserving the integrity of such a delicate area. I was referred to her by another eye who didn't feel comfortable and felt I needed a more skilled physician.

If your going to see her to get your eyes check. Then shes okay. If your going to see her for ANYTHING else. Do not waste your time with her. My story below. ( I have NEVER gotten so frustrated, aggravated, everything in that category at a Dr. EVER.) Her staff is very nice. However this doctor is not what you expect. She will continue to make you return several times, just so they can get money out of you.

The patient had visited her more then 4 times (for about 2 months), making them come back every 2 weeks because she couldn't see the problem with the patient. The patient saw what was physically wrong, and so did the nurse. Rostami, did not on the other hand. Therefore she made the patient come back every 2 weeks just waiting on for the obvious to appear.

Which did not. Each visit was approximately 40 minutes total. 20 minutes checking in & wait, 15 minutes with the nurse doing the routine check and last but not least then Rostami. She comes in.looks at the patient, then says.i cant tell, ill prescribe you some meds, and come back in 2 weeks (saw her for not more then 2 minutes). Did this every appointment in till she told the patient to get a CTscan (this was at least a 2 month period before she decided this and she still had no idea) Then once got the results, Rostami referred us to a doctor 2 hours away (which took the whole day traveling including traffic) Had to pay upfront to the receptionist or the Dr wouldn't see us. (they did not take our insurance, so imagine how much that was.

Also you would think the Dr would normally check if the referred Dr would take your insurance before they would tell you.but guess not). Rostami had prolonged the situation (while he is in pain this whole time) and the results became a very drastic event. The patient then had to search for another doctor in our insurance network, and that doctor ended up referring us back to Rostami saying how good she is (after she wasted at least 2 months because she couldn't figure out what it was, i laughed when that Dr said her name).

The patient had to call several doctors, and get their referrals, and their referrals to finally get the right doctor. Finally found a doctor, and he instantly made moves to give the patient treatment (biopsy). The problem was so serious that after the biopsy, it was then sent to 3 different labs across to California. (this process took about 2 to 3 weeks before getting the results) but at this time the patient is not in as much pain (very little or not at all) as before the biopsy.

The patient is STILL not fully 100% cured but very close to finishing and receiving treatment. The patient was getting small symptoms that they seemed as if it wasn't a big deal, back in march 2011. Then symptoms got worse around Sept THEN we went to see her. This malignant ended up being NOT what Rostami had said (she had said there is also no other type of malignant what so ever as for this one).well she was wrong, there are actually several types that are similar to this malignant. Hopefully everything will be finished up by next month. A total of 7 different Doctors that we had came across through out this whole period. Starting back in Sept. Sadly.

Okay I bought a Groupon and who doesn't love Groupon? Sometimes though it seems like Groupon users get sub par treatment. Not always the case. I am a loyal returning user to many businessing that were Groupons in the beginning. My advice go somewhere else. It was the worst. Like other reviewer said the aesthetician seemed in a rush. I got there ad the office staff was literally yelling about a groupon user andnthengroupon situation in general. Ugh!

I felt so awkward. It sucked. So I went to the room and there were the brightest lights ever on. The aesthetician asked me to just lay on top of the blankets with my shoes on. It was not relaxing. She used the machine for maybe 5 minutes at the most (being generous). Then I was left with a mask on in a cold bright room with loud hiphop style music for like 20+ minutes. I was sad and felt anxious. I just wanted out of there so bad. Not relaxing and a waste of money.

I went to Rostami for a microdermabrasion treatment after purchasing a session through Group On. When I scheduled my appointment, the staff seemed friendly so I was encouraged. I had even thought of buying a series of treatments if the initial treatment was good. However, when I went in for my appointment there was no one at the reception desk to greet me.

I waited for 15 minutes hoping that someone would come out given I had a scheduled appointment. I tried to get someone's attention by saying "hello" several times as I could hear people in the other room talking. I finally had to open the door into the office myself to find someone who could assist me. I was on my lunch break so didn't have time to wait any longer for someone to come out.

When I finally got the group's attention and said I had a 12:30 appointment, they looked puzzled and then went to their scheduling book to make sure there was an appointment scheduled. When they saw that I did in fact have an appointment, they did not extend an apology but handed me paperwork to fill out before leaving once again. I finished the paperwork but there was no one to hand the paperwork back to.

I waited a few more minutes before someone re-appeared to lead me back to the treatment room. Once in the treatment room, the woman performing the treatment asked what I use on my skin. I asked a clarifying question to understand if she meant what cleanser, makeup, moisturizer, etc. To this question, she rudely responded back "I meant what I said.

What do you use on your skin?" The session lasted literally 15 minutes and seemed rushed. It seemed like she was trying to rush me out so she could get back to talking to her colleagues. If they didn't want to take an appointment over lunch they shouldn't schedule one. I left feeling very unsatisfied and will never go back again. It's unfortunate given I was ready to commit to a series of services had this experience not occurred.
