Dr. Heaney brings a lifetime of dedication and experience to the field of Plastic Surgery. His experience as a researcher, publisher, lecturer, and academic instructor compliment his warm, friendly personality to provide a thoughtful and experienced approach to his field. American trained and graduated with high honors from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York, he attended SUNY Syracuse Medical School with an academic scholarship, one of only forty awarded by the state of New York.He completed a full General Surgery Residency, including becoming Chief Resident, at the Guthrie Medical Center of Pennsylvania.

Five stars isn't enough to give Dr. Heaney's practice. I've had several procedures completed with him; some cosmetic and some medical. Their entire staff is friendly - even when the office is clearly busy. They focus on each patient, giving consumers the opportunity to discuss any concerns, fears, or additional questions regarding their procedure.
While great results are optimal for both patient and doctor, Dr. Heaney and his staff take your overall health into consideration prior to any medical or cosmetic treatment. His knowledge and expertise is immediately apparent; however, Dr. Heaney is one of the kindest doctors I've ever encountered. I always feel welcome from the moment I walk in until I leave. If you are considering any sort of cosmetic treatment, I highly recommend his practice.

Very professional service. Helpful and freindly assistants and staff. This is the second time my wife had to go here for a procedure. She is always very nervous but they are very caring and understanding. Her last procedure required a long incision and you can barely see the scar. Very good at his profession.

Not professional! I went to Dr Heaney for an itchy bump on my face. He removed the bump and I was to return for my follow up. When he removed the stitches part of the bump was still there and I questioned it. He told me I had 3 small bumps and he removed the middle one. I asked why he didn't remove all of them, he replied that it was the one I pointed to. Considering they were very small bumps (which I thought it was one bump) there was no way I could point to just one. He argued with me and told me he could do a second procedure on the other two bumps and if course charge my insurance for it. Definitely scammed.
