The doctor and back staff are really nice but Dora upfront is so rude. I'm thinking of going somewhere else because she is so rude. This has happened a few times.

I am going to give a huge shout out to my Physical Therapist Shelby. She made this overwhelming process so much easier. I recommend Ventura Orthopedics. Shelby told me to put four bottles of water in refrigerator and freeze so you can keep it frozen and not have to keep replacing

I came to Ventura Orthopedic - Venture through an insurance authorization. I am so glad to have begun my knee replacement journey with such a great practice! My physician, Dr Jason Hofer was great! He listened to my concerns and discussed with me my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this practice!

Might be great option for standard PT, but would not recommend them for anything else. Front office staff is great but ther Dr and assitens are another story. They are slow, inaccurate and inefficient and seems like there business model is to get you in for as much appointment with co-pay as possible. Availability within 2 weeks an true miracle. I don't leave reviews very often but the way they treated made me do it this time.

I was using Kaiser for a while and had horrible experiences trying to figure out what was wrong with my wrist. I switched insurance to see Dr. Gluck. I've had this issue for over a year with no idea what's going on. Dr. Gluck was able to see me, do an x-ray and an examination the same day. I really felt like he cared about my issue and was doing what he could to help. I left with a resolution and was very satisfied with his service! Thank you!

I'm very dissatisfied with Ventura Orthopedics. I doubt your office staff could keep a ball rolling down hill. No one returns call, no one does what they say they are going to do. I'm a patient who needed surgery asap and your office staff acted like a road block every step of the way. I chose a different Doctor who's office knew the urgency of the injury.

Dr. Nickel was very friendly, gave me a lot of information about my broken toe and what to expect in the healing process. He has a sense of humor and he's easy to talk to. A broken toe is never fun but he made me feel relaxed and cared for.

Dr. Hofer and team did an amazing job with my knee replacement. From scheduling to surgery, I couldn't be more pleased with Ventura Orthopedics!

Came through having both hips replaced with flying colors because of the positive and professional treatment I received from Dr. Hofer and his staff. I am beyond grateful for their expertise but even more so for their ability to make me feel safe in their care. They deserve a lot more than 5 stars.

I received excellent care both pre and post op. I am recovering comfortably after left hip surgery and have already received messages from Dr. Hofer and his assistant Eric, The nursing staff went above and beyond! If I had a third hip I'd be back again! I'll definitely will refer Thank you Dolores

Dr Gluck was my surgeon. Saw him the day of the surgery and one call two days after the surgery. That was it. After that it was his assistants, and thats a whole other story. Dr Gluck hasn't seen my hand since he did the work and I feel it was a botched job. It hasn't healed right, is discolored and crooked and still hurts. This is 7 weeks out.

Again hasn't seen my hand in person since the day he did the work and just referred me to another doctor who I cant see for another month. Support staff needs an upgrade as well. Perhaps Im an anomaly but I would look elsewhere if you need work done.

Dr.gluck seems like a good doctor. To bad you have to deal with there staff and med assistant.went their for dupetryn contracture of one finger. Medicine foe non surgical procedure 4000 dollars an ounce. Agreed to procedure, then assistant decided to have some extra med for condition almost doubling my cost. This is on smallest digit on hand. I'm sure extra med was not needed. Canceled procedure, a year later finger became unbearable.call to make appointment and am told to wait almost three months. Was promised by Adelphia that I would be slipped in first cancellation.cancelation. three months later no call, no help left in pain to suffer.

Would never return to these heartless people or a doctor that doesn't have a clue how badly his patients are treated. They get one star because I can't give them zero. DR GLUCK STAND UP FOR YOUR PATIENTS IN PAIN OR RETIRE. This place just doesn't care about people.

Updated review. I was in pain and not feeling well when I went for xrays at the office. I made a bad review for the in office xray techs. It must have been just one bad day as all of my encounters since have been very good.

Mediocre. maybe their doctors are decent, but their staff can't seem to manage patient load. I think maybe balancing overall patient care and doctors not taking multiple days off each week would help. I'd go somewhere else if I had it to do over again

I finally found an Orthopedic Doctor that was willing to listen and took time to examine me rather than just looking at the results of my Xrays. I commend Dr Suzuki for his professionalism & caring personality. I thank my Physical Therapist, Josh from Ventura Orthopedic Camarillo office for recommending Dr Suzuki specifically for my case.

I'm an athlete so I have ongoing sports injuries, most minor that have required minimal intervention. I tried VO on two previous occasions and felt the service was just average. I saw two doctors and had 1 stint of PT. The practice is so big that I think everyone is on auto-pilot - it's caring for the masses. Nobody from the front desk to the therapists felt terribly invested in anything.

Against my better judgment I gave VO one more try because I am in pain, I overlooked my past experiences. Over an hour wait to see the doctor which I can accept if I get an apology and my time isn't rushed. I got neither. Nothing terrible about the visit, nothing great - again autopilot. The doctor ordered an MRI which the office explained would take 5-7 business days which is lazy to me given all my other tests ( I've needed a lot) from other specialists took no more than 48 hours.

My MRI results are in - and VO won't give them to me by phone, I had to schedule an office visit - which I could not do because their online system was down due to a date breach? I said I would not pay for another full office visit for the doctor to tell me the results, the Doctor's PA said she will check with the doctor to see if he is able to call me? Really? Luckily I have some amazing doctors who are invested in me and my health who have done more to help me heal than anyone at VO. VO is equivalent to a big box retailer - it's all about volume, not relationships. or wellness.

Dr Hofer is very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and offered options for the issues that I had. He and his PA told me what to expect from pre-op to post-op. The hip surgery went very smoothly and my physical therapy was very successful. I am almost ready to get "back in the game" thanks to Dr. Hofer.

I know that my 69 year old knee is in need of attention soon, and when I feel the need for repair I know I have a confident surgeon that I can count on. I'm very thankful that I was referred to him.

My visit to Ventura Orthopedics was top notch from the time I walked in & registered to the time I left the office. Dr. Gluck & his staff are professional, courteous & great listeners. They treat patients well. My personal thanks to one and all. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me for a reference/referral.

Love the staff at this place! Especially Dr. Steve Edwards and Nicholas - they got me on my feet after knee surgery again. I wanted to punch Dr. Steve in the nose the first day (TKR hurts, don't let anyone tell you it doesn't'!) but I went through the motions and hit goals fast. Dr. Steve is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Nicholas is personable and welcoming.

Knee replacement isn't fun the first 4 weeks but Ventura Ortho knows what their doing and got me through it. Thank you! All of you at Ventura Ortho! Now, where's my tee shirt for "graduating?"

I met with Dr. Gluck and his PA Joseph Amis for cut tendons in my wrist that needed surgery. Ive had multiple surgeries with different doctors from Ventura ortho that have all been successful recoveries. This was my first experience in surgery being awake. I was nervous initially but it turned out to be my best surgical experience. The entire staff was on point and made me very comfortable. Dr. Gluck really listened to my personal work needs and got me back to work quickly with a very accommodating recovery plan. I highly recommend Ventura Orthopedics.

Dr Hofer is an excellent surgeon. He did ortho on my right knee and now is doing very well. He and his PA Sean are very caring and do a through job! Also the Physical Therapist Susie Yovanno and her assistant "Frankie" were great! They helped sort out some issues I had. It all turned out wonderful. Thank You All!

Dr. Fealy is knowledgeable and communicates my situation well. He is concerned with my short and long term care. It is a pleasure having him as my Doctor.

Followed up with Dr Gluck and his associate in training after dislocating my shoulder and it being put in place in the ER at Community Memorial. The office personnel are rude and untrained in customer service! The physical therapy hall had at least 30 people in it with zero social distancing. They did wear masks, but during COVID and the flu, I won't be going back. It's unfortunate that good doctors don't realize that they are only as good as their staffs, and rude and incompetent staff ruin a business!

Susie Yovanno was my physical therapIst at the Ventura location for Ventura Orthopedics in their physical therapy area --- she treated my torn rotator (right shoulder) - she's professional. has a great bedside manner and helped me with effective exercises to do at home! She helped me in my recovery so and I never had to have surgery!

Dr. Gluck consulted on Monday scheduled surgery for Friday, no complications. Healing nicely with help of PT on second floor of Loma Vista office. Feel very blessed to have excellent assessment and follow through!

Dr. Pahlavan is the sweetest spine surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his field. He explains treatment in a thorough manner and that helps a lot when you're in such conditions and want the best. I had the pleasure of meeting with him and to my surprise he also spoke Spanish! He is an amazing doctor - I would highly recommend him.

My daughter and I have been patients at Ventura Orthopedics for a few years for injuries and surgeries. We have had nothing less than an excellent experience with them. The staff are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The doctors have a great deal of experience and knowledge. Their bedside manner is that of kindness, patience and professionalism.

I thoroughly researched my options before choosing Dr. Hofer at Ventura Orthopedic, for my knee replacement surgery. I have been very pleased with my care and the coordination between Dr. Hofer, his staff and the physical therapy (PT) staff. They are all in one building at Loma Vista and Mills Roads. Dr. Hofer is on the ground floor and PT is on the 2nd floor.

They all talked to each other about my case during my weeks long PT. Dr. Hofer used Saint John's Hospital in Oxnard for my surgery, and the care I received there was also outstanding.

Dr Fealy is a very caring physician. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely worth going to see! His staff were very accommodating and responsive to my needs.

I've seen Dr. Fealy on two separate occasions (trigger finger) and he's been highly effective in his surgery and after care and would not hesitate to recommend him or see him in the future.

The staff at Ventura Orthopedics are excellent-so thorough, and friendly. I had an orthopedic emergency first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in to see Dr. Fealy by 10:00am! The x-ray was taken immediately and Dr. Fealy was in to see me within minutes. The MRI that he prescribed was scheduled the very next day. I could not be more satisfied with the swiftness and thoroughness of Dr. Fealy and the amazing staff at Ventura Orthopedics!

The staff at Thousand Oaks Location is nice and friendly. Dr Fealy is nice and professional, explained my situation throughly. Highly recommend him to my friends and family.
