Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology in the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Mary Lynn Moran, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, specializing in head and neck surgery. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Facial, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).
A 16-year-veteran of the medical field, Megan Janko is a proud esthetician and laser technician. She graduated from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan with a general studies degree and a minor in women's studies, which focused on women's health. Megan is a recent transplant to the Nashville area but originates from the state of Michigan.
Dr. Moran and her staff will let you know in advance of your procedure what to expect and what preparations you need to make. Rest assured we will assist you every step of the way. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to the surgery center or hospital and shower or bathe prior to coming. Please do not wear any makeup, nail polish, or jewelry because it may cause complications during your procedure.

Dr. Moran is the absolute best plastic surgeon I have yet met. She is so kind and will discuss everything with you before the actual procedure. She will give her honest opinion about anything and everything and her work itself is amazing. I will continue going to her for any cosmetic needs. Love her!

I've been getting my filler done for years by very seasoned aestheticians but the difference between them and an actual plastic surgeon is night and day. BEST facial contouring I've ever had. I'll only use Dr. Moran for all fillers going forward. Dr. Moran has an artistic sense of balance/facial symmetry which compliments her in depth knowledge of all the muscular structures under the skin.
I actually told her I felt more like a statue being carefully crafted by an artist more than just another client in and out of the chair for a quick "fill up". Best results hands down, great experience in the chair, friendly staff, lovely clean office. Very highly recommend.

Dr. Moran and all of the staff on her crew couldn't be any more amazing! I came to Dr. Moran with interest in getting a rhinoplasty, but without having much education on what the process would look like. She walked me through everything to expect, took all of my concerns into consideration, and made it the absolute best process. Her expertise, attention to detail, and love for her patients made me confident that she was the surgeon I wanted to take on this journey with. Dr. Moran gave me the nose I had been dreaming of since I was in middle school, and I couldn't be more happy! There's no doubt that you are in great hands with her and her staff!

I have spoken with Dr. Moran and two member of her staff on several occasions. All three women were welcoming and very professional. The office is focused on the health and safety of their patients and themselves during these current times which I find very comforting. Although I have not gotten any work done by Dr. Moran I would very much so trust her as well as her work. The ability of her staff to answer questions and be a friendly and welcoming voice and face brings confidence and comfort to their clients.
