Located in the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital-Medical Office Building, at 161 Riverside Drive, Suite MO-1, Dr. Walker's office is easily accessible from anywhere around the Binghamton area. The office was personally designed by Dr. Walker to be both comfortable and welcoming to our patients. We make every effort to accommodate patients, scheduling preferences and to keep waiting to a minimum.
Dr. Walker participates in continuing education activities on a regular basis with annual national meetings, selected topic regional courses and hospital and satellite conferences. His office staff also participates in continuing education course work on a national and local level. They strive to remain at the cutting edge of the ever changing world of plastic surgery.
As we age, our facial skin loosens and wrinkles and the muscles of the neck may weaken as well. Anything that will cause the skin to lose elasticity will hasten the process, including sun exposure, smoking, weight fluctuations and heredity. A face lift can address these problems by firming and tightening the skin and muscles of the face and neck all in one step.

On October 4th of this past year, 2018, I went through Breast Reduction Surgery. I cannot say how much this has changed my life. I had pain in my shoulders, back, and even headaches that I could feel coming from the tension in my shoulders and neck. It hurt and was uncomfortable to exercise prior to the surgery. However, I am just over three months outside of surgery and my life is genuinely changed.
I can run without pain and discomforts. I am able to stretch and do yoga without worry; and simply my day to day life has become so much easier. I cannot thank Dr Walker and the office staff enough for all they did! Dr Walker is so kind and supportive, and his staff is so warm that they made the whole process so smooth and comfortable for someone who has never had a surgery before.

Exceptional experience with Dr Walker and staff! His surgical skills exceeded my expectations. He listened and provided ample opportunities for me to ask questions and then provided answers that were easy to understand. I felt he had complete confidence in his ability to successfully perform the procedure and the outcome was in fact outstanding. Both he and his staff provided patient and sensitive care during the entire recovery process.

Dr. Walker, I am late doing this, but I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me. I should of done this many years ago, but thank God we did it when we did. I know neither of us knew what was lurking in my one breast. As Dr. Tsai says, "we are ahead of the game." You have been such a caring doctor, and for a doctor like you to continue wanting to know how I am doing says so much about you and your big heart.
If any woman is carrying large breasts with back, shoulder, and neck pain, this is the way to go. My breasts are so nice now, and I dont have to feel self concious about them anymore. I highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Walker, he does amazing work. Thank you SO much, Dr. Walker, your are the best! Shanie
