CoolSculpting is a revolutionary non-surgical contouring procedure that freezes your fat away easily and safely. While some other treatments may require surgery and downtime for recovery, CoolSculpting targets clumps of fat cells located close to the surface. The technology cools the target area, causing the fat cells to freeze and begin degrading while the other tissues, including your skin and blood vessels, remain healthy and unaffected. Your body then removes the dead fat cells naturally while you go right back to your daily activities.
A facelift removes excess, "saggy" skin from the face and neck to smooth out wrinkles and restore a more youthful appearance to the face, neck and jawline. I have been seeing Dr. Cole for years and multiple treatments. He was such a good provider. I always had great lasting results. Unfortunately Dr. Cole left so I went and saw Dr. Lex for a Botox treatment. Dr. Lex was nkt very personable. The treatment was so uncomfortable, he was very rough and seems as though he rushed through my visit. I left with my face in pain.
Later that day I noticed a small bruise under my eye which over the following days turned into. Complete black eye, this lasted over a week. This also caused me to cancel some photo work I had scheduled. The results were not good and I ended up going to see someone else in town for a treatment only weeks after. I had contacted the office and sent photos. Dr. Lex did not take accountability and was extremely rude nor did they try and compensate me or fix this. I suggest going elsewhere.

I had an appointment with I believe Dr. Lex today for lip fillers.(I'm not 100% sure) But I had recently gone somewhere else and they did a horrible job. Dr. Lex did and amazing job fixing them for me! He was very nice and me feel comfortable. He walked me through the whole procedure, making tweaks here and there till I was happy. Also, The ladies as the front desk were very nice and informative.

Excellent experience. The staff and surroundings are warm, friendly, and professionally welcoming. Dr, Gibbs has a way of being direct and explicit with explanations for uncomfortable procedures while being supportive in a way that let's you know that he will get the best possible outcome possible given the circumstances. I am healing well with the exact result predicted for my situation. I truly appreciate how well I was treated from start to finish. It's my good fortune to have met and been treated by Dr. Gibbs. We are lucky to have him practicing here.

My wife was looking to have a breast augmentation. We did a lot of research and found Dr. Boettcher. We scheduled an appointment and spoke with Dr. B. He was very easy to understand and spoke in detail about the procedure. We went to his office and spoke with him a second time and then had a fitting with one of his assistants. The entire time, every person we spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Surgery was then scheduled and payment was made. Price was about average. The price included everything, no hidden costs or charges for anything else. Surgery day arrived and we met with a wonderful staff that assisted us along the way. We had a primary nurse, Ana, who was so awesome. She made my wife feel very comfortable. We met with the anesthesiologist, and then Dr. B.
He assured me everything would be fine, and it was. A while later he came out and said the surgery was finished, and everything went as great as he could have hoped. Ana the nurse in charge of my wife's after surgery care was fantastic. She came out and got me as soon as my wife started to wake up. She had encouraged my wife to breathe deep and gave her a volumetric spirometer and showed her how to use it and how she should be breathing deep to keep things stretched and loose, as well as properly oxygenating herself.
She was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful. Now a couple things to note here. He was extremely gentle when creating the cavity for the implant. He takes some extra time to do this, however the lack of collateral damage to the surrounding tissue was great. There was very minimal bruising and she was feeling very good within 48 hours. Another thing that is noteworthy, is that Dr. B gave us his personal cell number.
He was very clear, that no matter the issue, if there are any concerns or complications, call him immediately, no matter the time. Nowadays that is unheard of. We had follow up appointments at one week and four weeks. No additional costs and he was very helpful and answered all our additional questions and kept my wife's mind at ease during the healing process.
We have a final appointment with him in the next few weeks. As far as how her breasts look, they are perfect. Extremely natural looking. You would never know she had implants. What a fantastic job of perfecting her breasts. Perfect size, perfect shape, just perfect. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. B and the staff at the surgery center.
I would highly recommend Dr. B without question. What a fantastic experience. I wish I was better at writing reviews, because I just cannot convey in words what a great person Dr. B is and how this was something that my wife was really worried about and how it turned into a fantastic event. Thank you Dr. B!

I cannot leave a review of anything done as they will not call me back. I had an appointment with Dr Lux and he said give Missy 6 weeks to get everything submitted. That was in early April 2018, I have called 3 times since then without the common courtesy of a return phone call. Maybe I dodged a bullet. *** nite this was not an elective procedure, I have a deviated septum that is causing the collapse of one side of my nose.

Some of us who live in Northern Arizona believe that we need to go to Scottsdale to find the best plastic surgeons in Arizona. NOT SO! Dr Boettcher took the time I needed to make an informative decision. He has such a great calming personality and all the credentials necessary for the procedures I elected. I had my Abdominalplasty and flank liposuction on July 25, 2018.
I'm a 55 yr.old female who is healthy and was at a good weight. I decided to do the surgery due to years of exercise and abuse on my bones. My husband and I are so pleased with the outcome almost 3 weeks out. I'm doing great and have no regrets. I will continue a healthy lifestyle for my mind body and soul. I met with Dr Boettcher this past week after having plastic surgery elsewhere a month prior, that surgery fell far below my expectations. Dr Boettcher was the most professional doctors i ever met. He declined to to take me as a patient due to my unique needs, he felt he would be doing me a disservice by performing surgery on me due to my needs, suggested i visit someone that specializes in my unique needs for the best overall results.
