I am so pleased with my results that Dr. Kramer preformed. From the beginning he took his time checking if I was a good candidate for a facelift, he explained the pros and cons of what I should expect from the facelift. I followed the detailed information that was given to me pre and post surgery. Honestly, I look better then I wished for. The medical staff are wonderful so helpful and kind. Dr. Kramer is gifted and I'm so happy to have found him.

For the front desk who called to ask why I left a one star review - Dr Kramer is friendly during the consultation and not at all once you've paid your deposit. Poor bedside manner. Very dismissive and cold once he's got you locked in for surgery. The front desk lady is extremely unfriendly and I was told she hasn't been taking the right medications or something of the sort.
It's a poor choice for the face of the clinic. The surgery suite was another horrific experience- see my review for millennium surgery center. The procedure itself didn't heal well - I'll need to have it redone. The healing time was also brutal - I had to call multiple times and convince the nurse and doctor that I was in a lot of pain and needed an extension on the pain medication.
They only provide enough for a week or less, even though this is an elective procedure and should be comfortable from start to finish. They made it very difficult for me from start to finish and act as though they could care less about my comfort and satisfaction. I think that's about all I can think of that was unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

I love my results! Dr. Kramer is concerned about his patient's health and the safety of the procedure. He is very thorough in every pre-op and post-op appointment. He and the staff were friendly and helpful. He made me feel at ease and comfortable before and after the procedure. Great experience and highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Kramer and his staff was beyond phenomenal. I originally chose this practice based on Board Certification and the end results, the staff made me feel even better about my decision! Ronna was an absolute pleasure to be around. Dr. Kramer himself was very detailed and humorous throughout my appointments. Surgery day was a breeze I was comfortable and felt as if no time had passed at all. My pain was so minuscule I was baffled! This was by far the best experience I've had in the medical field by far! I absolutely love my results!

After losing a significant amount of weight, I went in for a Coolsculpt consult with Patty. Her depth of experience was readily apparent. She listened to my thoughts, acknowledged them, and incorporated it into her plan. Being an RN, Patty isn't interested in any upsell, just best patient outcome. She gave me an outstanding price on what she considered the best course of treatment, and earned my fullest confidence. Went in yesterday, and was told to be ready to be there for several hours, so I ready to read.
I was there for a few hours, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable, and I never got to read, because Patty checked on me regularly, even bringing me fresh hot coffee. She's not an "in and out" sort, she took time just to visit. You don't see that very often anymore, and the time fairly well sailed by. Patty isn't just the Valley's leading Cool-sculpting specialist, she's also a fabulous holistic Practioner, one who genuinely wants the best results for those in her care. I recommend her without reservation.

Since working from home for the past year, I decided to take the plunge and get a breast augmentation. This was something I've wanted done for years, but never thought it would be something I could afford let alone with a reputable Board Certified PS in my hometown. I consulted with Highly sought after PS in Beverly Hills and Seattle. Each of them used the same techniques and could offer me the same results as Dr. Kramer.
He was honest, blunt, and took the time to answer my questions. The support staff were also amazing as I interacted with them the most throughout this process. Jennifer was always very welcoming at my appointments, Ronnie took excellent care of me at my follow ups and answered every call of mine when I had concerns or questions around the healing process. Did I mention I also get my laser hair removal there? Alaina is the sweetest and best tech I've had! I couldn't recommend this team of professionals more.

I'm so beyond happy with my experience with Kramer plastic surgery, the medical staff was amazing, before surgery they took the time to talk to me and really make me feel comfortable, from the front desk to the nurses and everyone in between the entire staff is made from extremely nice people. My nurse Kim went above and beyond always there for me, she completely had me covered so I had nothing to worry about and reminded me of everything I needed, and doctor Kramer does AMAZING work.
Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does, he puts the best interest of his clients first, saved me from getting sick and ripping my stitches. I'm very happy and I appreciate them so much! I absolutely recommend them!

Dr Kramer performed my Explant (removal of implants) in January 2020. I just want to say that this was one of the best parts of that year. :-) Honestly, Dr Kramer's attention to detail was incredible and I have almost no scars to show. I removed 660cc implants from each side and had a lift. Dr Kramer was able to remove the scar tissue and the encapsulated implants.
His staff are ALL amazing women who make you feel excited to go to the office each time. I was sad when my checkups ended! If you are looking for a skilled surgeon and someone who works as an incredible artist, please talk to Dr Kramer. Remember at the consult that you need a great surgeon, not another friend. I can't recommend him enough.

From start to finish my experience with Kramer Plastic Surgery has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Kramer and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to getting the results you're looking for. You can tell by their suggestions and recommendations that they are no where near new to the business, which made me feel educated, comfortable, and confident with my decisions regarding surgery.

Best experience ever. I had researched plastic surgeons for two years before choosing Kramer Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kramer is an amazing and knowledgeable surgeon. I love how frank he is, and you can trust him to give you the best results. He would never do a surgery if it would lead you to have bad results. I had a lift, augmentation, and a mini tummy tuck all at once.
To say this was life changing would be an understatement. I feel 10x more comfortable in my own skin, and for once in my life feel confident, and after having three kids this feeling is priceless. From the first consultation to all the post op appointments, I have had nothing but the most positive experience. Everyone who works in this office is friendly, supportive, and caring. This is the only place to go!
