Rhinoplasty surgery from Dr. Jain is the biggest regret of my life. I absolutely hate my new nose. I now avoid all photos and have become a bit depressed from the results. Before I liked the front view of my nose, but the side profile bump on bridge bothered me. I opted for the surgery which was a huge mistake. I never actually knew what results I was paying for since Dr. Jain just drew it on a notepad.

End results ( and now 3 years later) I'm stuck with 2 scars running down my nose, a horrible round droopy tip and super wide bridge. It has completely changed my face for the worst. Please go elsewhere for rhinoplasty ( a doctor who specializes in just that) so you do not have the same regret as I do.

I had a very minor procedure (2 moles removed from jawline). Dr. Jain was kind and patient with me from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and professional while putting me at ease. He was all about minimizing pain as much as possible. The reception was a welcoming and kind atmosphere, even during this pandemic. The staff looked out for my needs along the way: "Would you like some water?

Would you like to use the restroom?" Pricing was explained well by Lucy, a sweet woman. Nurses were awesome as well. I'm very happy with my results. Wish I didn't wait so long. :) I'd go back in a heartbeat if I decided on any other procedure. Thank you all for your care, though my procedure was minor I felt very safe.

I knew from the moment my daughter was placed in my arms after birth there would come a time when we would have to have her ears pinned back. Here ears stuck out and were not symmetrical at all. One almost flopped down. When she started Kindergarten a few kids made fun of her and we told her then that when she was ready we would do what we could to have her ears pinned back.

I could see her becoming more and more self conscious of her ears after turning 13. She would try to hide them with her hair down, she would only wear her hair up when she was with family and sometimes she even tried to wear low lying buns in an effort to pull her ears back by pulling her hair tight over the top of them. It was hard to watch. At 15 we sat her down and asked her if she was ready.

She was and so I began the process of researching plastic surgeons who emphasized in otoplasty. I couldn't find any. I could barely find any plastic surgeons. I stumbled across The Institute of Plastic Surgery website and I began to read reviews. This husband/wife team had so many 5 star ratings it made me nervous. Who really has that many fabulous reviews? Did they remove the lower ratings? Are they really that good?

I decided to set up a consultation for my daughter. We do not live in Colorado Springs, so this was somewhat of a jaunt for us. We were greeted by friendly receptionists and immediately brought to a room. Dr. Jain walked in and I briefly explained, through tears, why were were there. He asked my daughter to pull up her hair and after he looked at her ears he said "I'm going to change your life." I cried more and there was an excitement in her I hadn't seen in a long time.

Maybe it was more like 'hope'. Dr. Jain was patient and answered all our questions. He made me feel valued and never once did I ever feel he had somewhere else to be. Long story short, my daughter had the surgery, and Dr. Jain did change her life. The day after surgery, Dr. Jain came into the office (on a Saturday) to remove my daughter's bandages.

I will never forget the look on her face as she saw herself for the first time in the mirror with symmetrical ears. She couldn't stop smiling. About 2 weeks later, her sister captured her crying in a picture. I was immediately alarmed, but when I asked her about it, she said "Mom, this is the first time in my life I have been able to straighten my hair without my ears sticking out." I will never regret spending this money for her.

My husband and I are not wealthy; I'm a public school teacher and he works construction, but Dr. Jain was right, he did change her life. I haven't been able to go to any post-operation appointment without crying; genuine tears of happiness and gratitude. Dr. Jain is a wonderful doctor, a skilled surgeon and more importantly an honest man who treated us with care.

His bedside manner is unlike any doctor I've ever seen. He truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough. You may not find many pictures on his website of otoplasty, but I promise you, he did a remarkable job. I will always be grateful that I chose him to complete this surgery and so will my daughter.

I struggled with my ears for some time. However, I had never really thought about them until a couple years ago when people I went to school with started making fun of how my ears stuck out. I grew very self conscious about them and stopped wearing my hair up, and even stopped straightening it. Last October, my uncle realized that I was constantly trying to keep my ears covered.

I would only curl my hair because I knew that if I straightened it or put it up, my ears would show. So, over Christmas break, I had the otoplasty surgery done, or more commonly known as getting my ears pinned back. Dr. Jain performed the surgery. He truly changed my life. Since my otoplasty, I have been able to wear my hair in buns, ponytails, and even strait because I'm no longer self conscious that they will stick out. The ladies in his office were so nice and easy to talk to, and so was Dr. Jain. This surgery changed my life and I am so grateful to have been able to get it done.

Words cannot express how amazing my experience has been with Dr. Jain, and the whole staff at the Institute of Plastic Surgery! Dr. Jain has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions since the first consultation. His compassion to really listen to what i needed and point me in the right direction with honest and constructive feedback. The staff is a direct reflection of Dr. Jain, very compassionate, organized, discrete, made me feel so comfortable with every visit, made me feel special in a way by always greeting me by name when i came in (i had never experienced that before).

I had many follow ups simply because they just wanted to see how things were going and make sure i was ok. Only question is, when are they going to open up a general practice and become my primary doctor?

My initial visit with Dr. Dash was informative and exciting. The office is beautiful, the staff knowledgeable, and Dr. Dash was warm and enthusiastic. I have no doubt she is a great plastic surgeon. But obviously (one star rating) I am not a happy camper. I was approved for Care Credit and put the charge for my surgery on the card. This surgery (post weight-loss "clean up") has been 8 years coming, and it was a dream come true.

I was scheduled for surgery in December. However, last week my husband and I received our first bill from Care Credit. With the interest, financing time period, etc, the payments somehow came in twice as high as we had predicted. (NOT the Institute of Plastic Surgery's fault, OUR fault). We were shocked. There was no way this was going to work. I called the office this morning, over 7 weeks before the surgery, to cancel.

First I was told point blank that if I cancelled, I was past the 14-day post schedule window, and that there would be NO REFUND AT ALL. I was shocked. We are not wealthy, as I had to resign from my job to care for my daughter with multiple disabilities. When I started to cry on the phone (I hate crying. So embarrassing.) and I said that there is no way there is no refund, I was THEN informed that they would refund 75% of the charge for the surgery. Yes, I don't remember them, but I am absolutely sure I signed papers about this.

I was just so elated that finally something just for ME was going to happen, something good, after the last few years of hardship, that I didn't think I would have to cancel. My husband had given me the thumbs up. But in the end, I am now left with $4800 on my card that I will be paying off, for absolutely nothing. NOTHING but my own foolishness in thinking that this would all work out, and miscalculating interest and finance charges on care credit.

No offers for a different service for that $4800 of my money that they will keep. NOTHING. I am so disappointed in the absolute lack of humanity and caring that this office has obviously adopted as their business model. In my opinion, it has no place in my address book or my community that I live in. Please make sure that you are very careful in reviewing everything, and ensuring that your financing will work out in the end. It wouldn't have mattered if I had cancelled 3 months in advance. It feels like extortion. Thanks for reading.

I had a mommy make over with Dr. Dash. I adore her. She explained every single process, even sketching so we could visualize what she was going to do. She was patient and honest. I thought I would be humilated going in having people take pictures of me or just seeing me naked but it was like having family in the room. They made it so comfortable and relaxing.

I had surgery one week ago and feel amazing. I'm so impressed with my body and its still swollen. I am excited for the swelling to go down. Thank you a million times Dr. Dash.

I was very nervous about trying some light cosmetic procedures but wanted to see if it's worth the hype. Dr Jain took a lot of time to explain what would happen, his philosophy on cosmetic procedures, and ease my anxiety. I was so happy with the results and felt so comfortable at this practice- the whole staff is excellent. I won't go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jain saved my face. I was diagnosed with Basel cell carcinoma under my nose. The dermatologist told me I would probably have a scar down the right side of my face. I said "that will not work" and was referred to plastic surgeon Rupesh Jain. At the consultation I asked numerous questions to gather information and to my surprise every question was answered and focused upon.

My surgery both for the removal of cancer and plastic surgery were a success. Thank you everyone at the Institute of Plastic Surgery you are fantastic, professional and most of all trustworthy! You are all awesome! Carrie
