Hillstrom Facial Plastic Surgery

Dr. Andrea Spellman did Botox and fillers over some areas that I felt could use some improvement. She is extremely attentive to details and I was very please with the results. I highly recommend meeting with her if you are looking for a skilled injector.

Today I went and had lip filler done by Dr. Spellman. I was nervous about the outcome because I have never had any face augmentations but I am hooked now. My lips looks so natural and perfect. It's so slight but changes my whole face. I feel super confident now in my appearance and I will be going back. She was gentle and took her time and made it a very friendly experience. 100% recommend!

I have been to many different doctors around the US and beyond. Moved from California to Sarasota and went to Dr. Harry Wright. After stress from Covid and my brother I cared for with his terminal cancer, I wanted to do something for me to cover up the stress I went through. From the research I did to find the right facial plastic surgeon, I came upon Dr. Harry Wright.

From the consultation to many questions answered (as I worked in the industry for over 12 years), I decided to move forward. Dr. Wright agreed to what I wanted to do to give my neck and upper eyes a rejuvenation. Very happy with my results and his A-team, esp in the operating room. So worthwhile to pay him a visit and he will be happy to arrange for us to talk if you like a referral and all that I experienced at his office, esp with Dr. Wright.

You can see from his credentials, esp being double board certified and only works with faces, necks, ears and noses. He even sent me flowers in my recuperation (which was very minimal). He is a very caring doctor, as well as his team, and will give you his full attention to your needs. I am happy to see he is so busy and has such a caring staff.

I saw Desiree a few months ago for an IPL treatment and then saw Dr. Spellman for some fillers. They are both fantastic! And the office staff are all great too. Both Desiree and Dr. Spellman listened to all of my concerns and took the time to go over all of my options with me. I had great results after each treatment with no downtime. Very happy and satisfied!

Words can't express how thankful I am to have found Dr. Wright. I want to thank Dr. Wright for describing what would happen before, during, and after the surgery. The information provided helped me to move forward with the surgery. I needed a revision rhinoplasty, so I was very nervous about having the surgery, but Dr. Wright is a wonderful, professional, caring and great surgeon. First time getting filler in my lips with Dr. Wright. It was such an easy experience from start to finish. I felt no pain and Dr Wright is so nice and funny that he made any nervousness go away. My lips look great and swelling lasted about 2 days. The office is beautiful and the staff are all super friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wright's for at least 4-5 years now. I can't speak highly enough of his expertise, skill, and professionalism. He has helped me achieve more confidence in my career as a model. He has become a friend and is always available to assist with anything I need. Everyone in their office has become like family. They all go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

I can go to their office manager, Ellie, with anything. She is always quick to offer assistance and advice in any matter, and she goes the extra mile when she doesn't have to. The girls at the front are always friendly, helpful, kind, and prompt. Their medical esthetician, Desiree, has actually inspired me to become an esthetician myself. She has given me multitudes of knowledge about how "good skin begins within" in health and wellness. She is a walking encyclopedia of all things holistic and healthy. I genuinely love their office and I will be a patient for life!

This was my first time getting filler, and I will say I was a little nervous! Dr. Wright took his time explaining to me all the different fillers and which ones he would recommend for my needs. Needles to say, after my consultation I felt so much better! I ended up getting my filler done that day and cannot be happier or more pleased with the outcome. he did an amazing job! Great practice. Very impressed with Dr. Wright and his staff. Dr. Wright had great bedside manner. He is very intelligent, kind and passionate about what he does. I went to Dr. Hillstrom for a rhinoplasty operation. And from start to finish he was the most knowledgeable, kind, and professional doctor I've ever met. He talked to me about every detail of the operation and possible risks and made me very well aware of everything going in. I had the operation done and he helped me entirely through my recovery. I am now almost completely healed and I am extremely happy with the results.

It looks completely natural and I get compliments all the time. People can't tell that I had anything done but they always remark that my face has "matured". I'm so glad I found him and would recommend him to anyone thinking about having this operation. There's literally nowhere else you should look. All of the staff are very lovely and professional
