Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery - Mark M Hamilton

I have been visiting Hamilton FPS for almost a year now for Botox injections. I am 29 and had started to notice some serious forehead lines since starting a rigorous professional school curriculum. I was terrified and had read all of the horror stories and Botox "fails" online, but ultimately decided to go in for a consultation. After doing some research, I noticed that Hamilton FPS had 5 star reviews, and their website included biographies of the staff including qualifications, etc.

This definitely made me feel more comfortable, and when I called, the receptionist was kind and informative. A year later, I am here to say that my only regret is not going SOONER! My forehead lines are completely gone, and I have had nothing but great experiences each time I have visited (every 3-4 months). Lauren is always friendly and willing to answer questions.

I even called her after my first appointment because I was nervous about the aftercare and she talked me through everything. I actually live 1.5 hr away but I will gladly make the commute because I know that I am in good hands. Can't recommend enough!

I was just in today for Botox. My mom is a patient of Dr Hamilton and wanted to gift me the service as a Christmas gift. I just got around to coming in. She filled out a check for me and left the amount blank and stayed in the car with my baby while I ran in. The injector was great and Dr Hamilton has always been great with my mom but the receptionist really needs to work on her professionalism.

Not sure if this is her first job with the public but she should probably find something else or maybe retire. She called my mom after we left and told her I wrote a check in her name "and even signed your name which is illegal." If there was a problem with the check, I would've been happy to pay another way. Or she could've simply asked my mom if she signed the check herself (which she did) but just coming from someone who has worked in a plastic surgery center myself, to call and literally accuse someone of committing a crime is an absolute terrible and unacceptable way to treat a patient.

I understand if they needed another form of payment, but this should've been handled another way. I hate that this lady is the front face of Dr Hamilton because I've met him myself and he's a great, friendly person.

Lauren does a wonderful job everytime. Ive gone 4 times for lipfiller and also got botox. Luv the end result and barely any pain. Totally recommend. Thanku Lauren n Hamilton Facial plastic surgery

Office was clean! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Other offices i have visited i felt like i was in a salon or beauty shop. This felt very professional and the lady that did my injections was able to have a intelligent conversation about the different brands, what i actually needed verse what everyone gets! I will be back

I was so pleased with my consultation appointment that I scheduled my surgery that day! The information I received from them prior to my appointment and my meeting with Dr Hamilton and his assistant provided me with answers to all my questions. I did not feel rushed either. I now feel like a little kid and Dr Hamilton is Santa!

I have always used one person outside of Dr Hamilton's for injections. Today's experience has changed that. Lauren was amazing and the procedures I had done were literally painless! She won me over I will Deff be using her again. Thanks Lauren!

Everyone was very welcoming, Dr. Hamilton is extremely knowledgeable, takes a lot of time to go over every detail of procedure you want & gives honest evaluation of what he thinks will work best for you. He doesn't push extra procedures, just genuinely pleasant experience all around. Would highly recommend HFPS for facial rejuvenation, be it surgery or injectables, as his staff is well versed in all areas of injections, resulting in a natural look.

I had an ear-pinning (double otoplasty) surgery from Dr. Hamilton in April 2021. I'm writing this (6) months post-op. It was a wonderful experience (as far as surgeries go), that exceeded a number of my expectations. In summary: knowledgeable & adept doctor, accommodating staff, good office/facilities, clear communication & expectations, and very reasonably priced.

Dr Hamilton is the BEST in Indy! He understands the natural look when applying Botox. Honestly, he keeps my spirits high! I recommend him to all my friends. I've been going to him for years! Never disappointed!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Hamilton. He did a rhinoplasty/septoplasty and I'm thrilled with the results! First of all, my breathing has improved. That was my biggest concern with getting plastic surgery (that it may have negative effects on my overall breathing) but I was able to breathe better one week after surgery. For the cosmetic part, I wanted a very subtle change.

I wanted my nose to look the same but slightly smaller. Dr. Hamilton straightened and shortened my nose while keeping its character. It's so beautiful, I can't stop looking at it in the mirror!

Dr. Hamilton is the only plastic surgeon I will go to. Dr. Hamilton keeps up with the most modern procedures. Dr. Hamilton is always cheerful and professional.

My 14 year old daughter had Otoplasty surgery after being self conscious of her ears her whole life. We are so pleased with her results. Dr. Hamilton was so great to work with and took such great care of my daughter from the time we stepped into the office for the consult until she has been 3 months post op. Just had a lip injection for the first time. I was scared to death. I have never had any kind of procedure done. However the staff and the nurse practitioner were very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I will be back and highly recommended them. The worst part is the numbing cream. Lol
