Got augmentation done back in October, my results are amazing scars are so small and barely noticeable, size and shape are perfect for my body. Was going to do a lift and he told me I didn't need. He was right after implant was in they are perfect. Calls to check on you after surgery, and is there every step of the way. I looked for a year or more to find the right surgeon and he is great and prices are honestly low for such high quality work he does.

Dr. Smith is amazing! I had an abdominoplasty with muscle repair and breast augmentation August 2021. The staff was always kind at appointments and very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. Dr. Smith gave great advice but let me make final decisions. The surgery went well, they were very organized with discharge paperwork and meds. I had a small complication because my skin had been stretched through six babies. Dr. Smith had me come to extra appointments and took care of me very well! It's been 10 months post-op, and I am so happy with my results! I have no regrets at all! Highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff!

Dr Smith and the staff were fantastic. I had breast augmentation in 2016 with amazing results. The outcome looks and feels natural. The experience was comfortable and luxurious with a nice warm spa robe given to me to enter surgery. I will be back for my face and highly recommend Dr Smith to anyone looking for a great surgeon.

I just had my surgery earlier today (breast augmentation) and I feel better than I expected! The staff was amazing everyone was so sweet through the entire process! Dr. smith made me feel SO comfortable! Once they settle I feel like I can already tell he was able to achieve for me the look I wanted! Went in for a breast augmentation in may. I am absolutely blown away of how well everything went. He took his time with me, never made me feel rushed. Called the evening after surgery to see how I am doing. So caring and genuinely interested! The healing process was no way near as painful as I thought it would be and the twins look amazing! I already recommended him to my best friend who can't wait for her appointment!

I'm so glad I went with Dr. Aaron Smith! Him and his team were very nice and went over what was to be expected and always answered my questions. I had a tummy tuck done in May 2021 and I'm 7 weeks post-op and my scar is nearly invisible to see and it's low enough to wear a bikini. Cant even see a scar on my bellybutton. Everything went really well and I go to my follow up this Friday and can't wait to thank him! Hopefully I can update pictures on here cause if so I will. I have some pics here a before and after the but I'll update if I can.

Wish I could give him a zero. If you are an oncology patient do NOT use him. I specifically told him many times and in front of others I wanted small breasts. After waking up after the implants were put in with him laughing that He decided to go bigger than I wanted. Not funny to me. I have had nothing but pain and lopsided ( 4inches lower) than the other.

Every time I called or went in all I got told was to rub them. I have been to pt 3 times. I have found a new surgeon that cares what I think and is going to fix his screw up. DO NOT USE HIM IF YOU ARE AN ONCOLOGY PATIENT

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Smith is amazing. You feel very comfortable with him from day one. Through the process he makes you feel safe and the staff helps you understand the procedure. I had-the breast augmentation procedure. I was a b cup on one side and a C cup on the other side. I am currently a 34 DD and they are perfect. I am so happy I decided to do this for myself. My wife got a breast augmentation and fat transfer and after having 4 kids she certainly deserved them but didn't need them! Dr. Aaron Smith did the most phenomenal job doing exactly what she wanted done and he did a job so well that it looks completely natural and her incisions are already almost gone after just 2 weeks. If you are shopping around for a plastic surgeon, I can highly recommend Aaron Smith.

He is worth whatever wait times for the surgery and appointments. Trust me on this! He is the best I have ever seen and we shopped around for a very long time before having no less than 5 different women around Colorado Springs recommending him and I can easily see why. I had a breast reduction a few weeks ago and at this point my incisions are almost completely closed. Dr Smith and his staff were able to help me out long distance in the post op process so I didn't have to come in. He also has amazing pricing. Just overall the best of the best!
