Dr. Copeland and his staff are the best! I went to him and talked about having a mammoplasty/reconstructive surgery in mid 2021 and he was extremely nice and so helpful. I love that he explained everything to me, how the procedure would go and what to expect, all the possible things that could occur with this type of surgery. I opted for surgery in December 2021 and I am so glad I went to Dr. Copeland!
He has had an answer for every one of my questions and even checked up on me after my surgery, his staff even called to check up on me! With each follow up he has been great, everyone in the office has been so friendly and that means so much. My mom said he was very friendly and answered all her questions and sat and talked with her while I was in recovery.
I love that he took the time to sit with her and ease her mind. I have been treated with the utmost respect and concern, I would recommend Dr. Copeland over and over. I've already recommended him to a former co-worker and am now trying to get my mom on her way to a mammoplasty as well! Dr. Copeland was professional with great bedside manner. His staff is phenomenal as well. After 20 years of needing a breast reduction I saw Dr Copeland and the surgery literally changed my life. I was a busy mom of 3 that was consistently just getting through my day rather than thriving because I was in constant neck and shoulder pain. I lived daily with migraines for years. Since having surgery almost 9 weeks ago, I have not suffered from migraines and have not had daily pain. Seriously he is a miracle worker! He's the best of the best!

Dr. Copeland is simply the best. I had breast augmentation surgery in May. I had never had any sort of surgery before so I was very nervous. First, Dr. Copeland is EXTREMELY thorough in your consultation appointment. I think I was there for one hour going through all aspects of the surgery. That is so important when deciding on a cosmetic procedure. Doctors just don't take that amount of time to take to their patients anymore, but Dr. Copeland does!
I feel that he is old school' in that way, but don't take that statement to mean he is not up to speed on best practices. My surgery was FLAWLESS. The results are amazing, hardly any down time and I was back to my regular activities quickly. My husband strongly agrees. Dr. Copeland made me feel at home. The office has a very relaxing environment. Two things really stand out for me that will tell you how great Dr. Copeland is other than my results. Dr. Copeland gave me his cell phone number to call or text if I ever had a question after surgery.
I did end up having a question about pain medication on a weekend nonetheless. He texted me back right away and we spoke 30 minutes later. Now that is a doctor who cares. Secondly, I remember the nursing staff at the hospital commenting how on top of it Dr. Copeland was with preparing me for surgery. That is a very good feeling while going into my first surgery ever. So if you want great results and want a caring doctor, look no further.

Dr. Copeland was nothing but professional. His bedside manner was outstanding. His knowledge in plastics was beyond compare, he was up to date on the latest and greatest in the field. Dr. Copeland and his staff are excellent. Dr. Copeland explained everything very thoroughly regarding my surgery. He does excellent work. I am very happy with the results. I could not have asked for better treatment from Dr. Copeland and his staff. They have been very kind, patient and caring throughout the whole process from the very day I first stepped in to their office.
I was pretty devastated by my diagnosis which led me to their office. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend Dr. Copeland and his staff to anyone needing a procedure. I feel very blessed to have been given excellent treatment and care throughout the whole process. If anyone ever needs a plastic surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Copeland. I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Copeland. He was thorough, professional and informative as was his entire staff. My surgery and the pain relief was IMMEDIATE. I had one concern a week after the surgery and they got me in to the office right away to see Dr. Copeland. I personally like the individual experience you get from a single doctor office like Dr. Copeland's rather than those big multi doctor organizations. I received personalized care with Dr. Copeland.

I want to start this review by saying my surgery was life changing, for many years I needed and wanted a breast reduction but I never followed through. I experienced back pain for years I was overweight, I also developed diabetes and hypertension. I was really scared that I would not survive Covid19 if I caught it, because of my preexisting conditions, so a family member referred me to Dr. Copeland.
From the first visit he told me he could help me; he and his staff were extremely professional and handled my insurance and all related paperwork. I had surgery, the results are wonderful I am 58 years old and not only are my breast beautiful I have not experience back pain since my surgery. I was able to finally lose weight my confidence is out the roof; my blood pressure medicine has been decreased; my diabetes is under control my A1C went from 13 to 5.9.
My Endocrinologist ask what did I do how was I able to lose weight and decrease my A1C during a pandemic? My answer was Dr. Copeland and his team. I finally lost my baby weight from 31 years ago, back problems gone, but the most important I am healthier and I have confidence that I have not had in a very long time. Thank you, Dr. Copeland and staff, (Gail with all the patients that you see you always made me feel special remembering little details about me that I forgot I told you). My only regret is I did not have a breast reduction years ago.

Dr. Copeland and his staff are amazing. When considering getting surgery I interviewed with several different practices, at first Dr. Copeland's consultation process seemed a bit much, I later really appreciate the fact he went over all the details, pros/cons and outcomes with me up front. Setting up realistic expectations and recovery time. Through the entire process his staff was professional, prompt and courteous!
My results are better than I could have asked for and Dr. Copeland followed up with me for a year to ensure proper healing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Copeland and his staff to everyone looking!

Dr. Copeland is one of the best doctors I've ever known. I went to him to have a very embarrassing condition corrected, and he was completely non-judgmental. He responded promptly to all of my calls when I had questions, and one night he even offered to meet me at his office for an examination long after business hours were concluded when I called him in a panic. I ended up very happy with the results. He's a fantastic surgeon and a great guy. The staff is very friendly, too. Can't recommend him enough.

It was my first time meeting Dr Copeland ! My dermatologist referred me to him for a small surgery that I been waiting to do for 35 years . I found Dr Copeland and his staff very pleasant ! I felt very comfortable in his hands ! I am very happy with my results ! If I need any more tweaking , I will absolutely use and recommend Dr Copeland !

Dr. Copeland and his staff were extremely professional. I had a breast reduction due to many years (decades) of back pain. I thought I would get maybe 80% relief but I received 95% relief. It truly was unbelievable to me. It means a lot in the healing process if you have 100% confidence in your Doctor. Dr. Copeland had taken his time to educate me and answered all my questions and more. He and his staff are extraordinary. I have already highly recommended him to my friends. Dr. Copeland is truly outstanding.

I felt that at my initial consult, Dr. Copeland took his time with me and was very thorough explaining the surgery and healing process. The office staff is very responsive and making appointments are quick and easy. I could not be more pleased with my results and follow up care. I would highly recommend Dr. Copeland to anyone.
