They are very difficult to get ahold of. Lots of time spent on hold and trying to contact the right department. It also seems like the have a separate dept for everything. Would be nice to have a more personal feel. Also I didn't feel lie I could really trust them. I was just a number to them or a walking dollar sign.

Dr. Calkin met me at the office on a Sunday after my dog scratched my face, causing a laceration. She cleaned and inspected my facial cut and then sutured me up. I am so grateful to Dr. C for her care and consideration in helping me on her day off. I've been a patient for years and have always experienced this willingness to go above and beyond. Years ago I saw Melanie, the PA-C. She was my favorite. Once she switched practices I slowly migrated my way towards Dr. C. Dr. C is absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for her and her team. She cares so much about her patients. She is truly the best. The WHOLE team is personable. I have never feel ashamed, or embarrassed to share my concerns. Supinder, the NP has seen me and completed minor procedures on me.
She is very friendly and like Dr. C she listens and pays careful attention to you and your skin. I never feel rushed. She definitely likes to cross her T's and dot her I's (but not in a bad way). This is what you want in healthcare. Calkin & Boudreaux Dermatolog is truly the best!

I have had two procedures at Calkin and Boudreaux and both were not satisfactory. The first was a Botox injection which was administered hurriedly and as a result it was painful. The second was a Fraxel laser which again was very painful and had to be stopped due to pain. Because I was not given the "whole story" by the adviser when I came in for consultations twice, it was a total surprise to me that it might be painful, and because I asked some questions on the day of the procedure, which took time, the numbing cream was not allowed to work for 1 hour as told by the nurse, and instead it was only half an hour. For such an expensive treatment I expect transparency, honesty and care.

Dr. Calkin is amazing. I called the office after getting a procedure done elsewhere (which I had some concerns about), and the staff and Dr. Calkin were very accommodating as I had an appointment within days. Dr. Calkin took her time to assess my concerns, explained treatment options in full detail, and was very kind and courteous. I definitely recommend C&B for any of your dermatological needs.

The young lady at the front desk was rather cold and unhelpful. I arrived a 5 minutes early at 2:40 and after waiting 30 minutes I asked the front desk receptionist if you she could check when I could be seen, she said she would check but never got back to me with an answer. Finally at about 3:15 I was able to be seen by the physician assistant. She was very nice and helpful and proceeded with treatment and prescription to be filled.
I got the impression these offices are more geared to the rich and famous instead of a retired senior like myself. Overall I was not too impressed with the general atmosphere of the office

The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in, to the second you leave! They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every procedure. Everyone is warm and friendly. I highly recommend Calkin & Boudreaux Dermatology! I know I can trust them, because they are very knowledgeable, have a lot of experience, and are current with the latest and greatest with technology and procedures.not to mention their offices are BEAUTIFUL!
