I went in for a consultation a few months ago with Dr. Tarakji and was so disappointed. He was arrogant, short and made me feel worse about myself than I did before. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Would not recommend.

FIRST of all. I can't even believe I am writing this.but everyone needs to know the truth about APS. It's dangerous.let me explain. I initially went to APS for a few Botox injections. Once I realized what a rockstar Natalie was, I was hooked. After my first appointment my bank account seemed to decrease every 3-4 months (I'm obsessed with the results she provides). Natalie does a fantastic job with fillers and Botox, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

She's so sweet and puts up with all my weird Botox questions, she's great at educating patients on the process and result. My sweet mom even drove down from IL to get fillers and Botox this month by Natalie. Secondly the entire staff is gorgeous, on the inside and out. Very sweet group. Very helpful and make you feel comfortable and calm. As for Dr. Ewart.words can't express!

I had a few trouble areas treated by Dr. Ewart and he did an outstanding job. His nurses were great during the expected recovery process and will return your calls ASAP if you have any questions. His body sculpting skills are truly a work of art. Molly, the mind behind scheduling, is a goddess, she makes things happen and is as sweet as pie!

I'm about 9-days post surgery from a nose job performed by Dr. Ewart. I could not have had a better experience. Morgan (front desk) was courteous, responsive, and so helpful in re: scheduling. Once we moved past the consultation, Mollie went above and beyond to move the surgery schedule around to accommodate my availability and typically responded to all of my inquiries within only a few minutes.

I never was left to sit in a waiting room for an excessive amount of time and felt that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. At the consultation, Dr. Ewart used imaging to model my goal and modestly managed expectations, but I felt confident in his competency. On surgery day I was treated with complete respect. I wish I recalled my intake nurse's name because she was so kind and professional (as was everyone on my surgery team).

Post surgery I was completely comfortable and had no recovery complications. My dressing was placed perfectly as to not cause any discomfort. Finally, the results: Dr. Ewart created a natural, beautiful nose that even swollen fits my face and is still "me." Overall, I'm very, very pleased and happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend.

I saw Natalie for my first Botox session. I could not have asked for a better experience. She instantly made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and explained everything that she was doing. My results were perfect for me and feel very natural! I will 100% be back!

You will not be disappointed with the staff and results at Augusta plastic surgery. They have a beautiful office that makes you feel so welcomed. I've been getting Botox and fillers by Natalie. I've been going to Augusta Plastic Surgery for over a year now. I am always so impressed with the kindness of their staff. Trudy always has a smile on her face as she checks you in. Nurse Natalie is the best! I have gone to her multiple times for Botox and laser hair removal. She's always so kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results.

I am also 9 months post op from a full tummy tuck by Dr. Ewart. During my consultation he listened to my concerns and explained to me my options. He took his time answering all my questions. I ended up booking that day because I knew after talking with him he was the doctor I trusted to preform the procedure on me. The day before surgery the staff called to make sure I had everything I needed and if I had any questions before the big day.

Day of surgery I had the best care. I'm extremely happy with my results and would recommend him to anyone! At Augusta Plastic Surgery they truly care and have an amazing team!

My experiences with APS have been great! The staff is so friendly and the office is beautiful! Natalie, their Botox injector is so sweet and gentle, I hardly feel anything and she makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about the procedures the practice offers including Botox and fillers so I trust her completely with my care. I highly recommend this practice and will definitely refer my friends and be returning myself!

I came here roughly 2 years ago for a reduction consultation with Dr. Tarakji. My PCP recommended this to help me with weight loss. Dr. Tarakji told me that I needed to lose weight first before he would consider doing any surgery. When I explained the challenge of exercising with a larger chest, he told me that I should have gastric bypass. I explained that my insurance did not cover that surgery. He told me to get better insurance. I left feeling worse than before. On a positive, the front office staff were very kind and welcoming.

I LOVE Augusta Plastic Surgery! I have gotten a variety of treatments over the past couple of years, and have always left 100% satisfied. The staff make it even better! Morgan and Mrs. Trudy always make me feel so welcome, and are so helpful when I have questions or need to make an appointment over the phone. 5 stars for service, and staff!

Don't ever go here for Botox or filler. They do not stand behind their work. I gave them 3 chances and should have walked after the first experience which I found out later was done by the Coolsculpting nurse who was still training to do Botox. Still got charged full price. Second time used a so called master injector who's experience level I quickly discovered was not much better than Coolsculpting nurse.

Within 3 weeks on being injected all the Botox had left around my eyes. I have been getting Botox for 15 years and it always lasts a minimum of 8 weeks usually longer. I went back to complain and she gave me a blank stare and told me there could be many reasons for this. Then reinjected me and when I went to check out charged me FULL PRICE again. Over $500. Do NOT go here.

Dr Ewart did an amazing job on my implant removal and breast lift! He exceeded my expectations with the results. Always friendly office staff and great bedside manner! I'm so very happy I went to him.

I came into town from NYC to visit family for the holidays and to get some less $$$ Botox with Dr. Ewart. I'd been getting Botox at various (reputable) medspas in NYC and was afraid that I'd become immune to it because the effects were becoming increasingly weak and short-lived. Needless to say, I feared this would be the same experience, how wrong I was!

One week later and my forehead is as smooth as it was when I was 18 yet is still incredibly natural. It's clear that the people I've been seeing here are either terrible injectors, are using highly diluted or expired product, or some combination of all of the above. If only I could find someone as talented and as reasonably priced as Dr. Ewart in New York.

I looked around the area for a "med spa" because I wanted some routine style botox. guess that's not routine in these parts. The only place I could get a quick appointment was this place and so I found my way to the large hospital and parked. In I go. then get turned around for which elevator goes to 6. I enter the waiting room and realize I've found myself in a regular doctors office.

People with drain bags and what nots hanging around. I thought. crap, what did I do here. The doctor entered my room an hour after my appointment time. yup, I'm in a doctors office alright. I didn't appreciate that at all, not for a simple botox treatment. I did appreciate that the doctor preferred less is more and didn't push other stuff.

I honestly expected a "how about something for the lips or this or that. nope, not here. I doubt I look so good there wasn't something he could recommend. but perhaps because I was clear about what I wanted. that's what I got. Staff were great, friendly and professional. I may go back for the lips after all.
