Doctor was really nice. Nice office. They fit me in for a last minute appointment. Good selection of services. Will go back.

I went to Anu to have a brown spot removed from the tip of my nose and the woman was dismissive. She said it would only come back and it was a freckle. I was so disappointed. I asked her about something else and again, she was dismissive like they didn't want to take me on as a client. I did not talk to the "doctor" herself. I won't be going back. That being said, it isn't as nice as when they were on Route 73. I didn't like anything about it this time.

I was here years ago and had services with Dr. Momi. It was a very nice, quiet, relaxing place. I was wanting permanent make up & decided I would try here. Kristine did a fantastic job on my brows. I decided to go back and have my lips done as well. It was a correction on uneven lips as a result from skin cancer. I was happy with the result, I went back 5 weeks later for the touch up and now my lips look amazing.

For the first time in 15 yrs my lips look normal. She matched the color perfectly, and tattooed over my scar with perfection. I am extremely happy with the results. The staff is very nice, & the place is just a nice & relaxing as I remembered. 5/31/22, I still use Kristine for my brows!

Clean, professional, reasonably priced services. I drive over an hour to go here instead of other closer medical spas & it's worth it!

I've been coming to this spa since 2013. I love the staff here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Every time I come here I am treated with respect and like I am a valued customer. Even if I have a complaint, it is met with professionalism and no judgment. I have not had a bad experience yet.

I would love to give this place five stars. Some of the services were great, but then I trusted them to do ultherapy. While the young woman who administered the treatment was very nice, it did nothing for me and was very painful and expensive. In fact, my neck looks worse six months later (when the greatest benefits were supposed to have been realized).

What really bothered me was that there was NO follow-up after the appointment. No one called to see how I was doing or to schedule a follow-up. Also, their Botox seemed very weak and wore off quickly. I would say they are fine for facials and the like but not for anything more.

Waste of money. and a lot of it! I am unsure how you meet with a patient coming in for any type of treatment in the dark?! My skin was not even looked at, nor options suggested, or proposed results that may be seen. I should have ran then, but I was hopeful of the procedure. With that said, zero results and complete disappointment. I know it takes time, but even with other microneedling and resurfacing a few days later you begin to notice subtle changes.

I doubt the esthetician went to the capacity that my skin was able to take. Even after I mentioned the various procedures I have undergone. I feel it is a way to con a patient to come back in two, three or four more times and waste boatloads of money in the process.

I have been receiving botox injections for years. After my first visit at Anu and allowing 2 week grace period I saw very little results. Due to work circumstances I was unable to get in until ~3 -4weeks post injection. I was told by the receptionist (via phone call) that I probably "needed a little more" and I would be charged. At my visit the number of units I received was not told to me, but the price was similar to my previous Dr so I assumed the same number of units were injected.

I explained that I saw "No" results and that my husband did not even know that I had it (due to the lines on my forehead). My lines are actually deeper than pre-injection due to duration since last proper injection. I will be returning to my previous doctor, although this doctor's location was more convenient. My botox lasted for at least 3-4 months.

From the moment I walked in the office I was met with a friendly outgoing receptionist who couldn't have been more professional. This was my first visit and I met with Kristine who did an outstanding job on my eyebrows! I am blown away with the outcome! I also had a consult with Dr. Momi regarding micro-needling, she was very patient with me (I tend to ask a lot of questions) and explained the procedure thoroughly. I honestly felt very comfortable and relaxed as If I've been coming here for years! You won't be disappointed!

I had Truesculpt Flex about 7 weeks ago and definitely notice a difference. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I started to see results. My butt is rounder and lifted more. Everyone there was super nice and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this spa.

The Spa closes early on Saturdays but they don't change their outgoing telephone message to inform cutomers. So, I've traveled there, from Philadelphia, to get product to find them to be closed despite stated hours. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. Prior to my travel there, knowing they've done this before, I called, left a message and sent email telling them I'm on my way.

It was 2pm when I arrived and their stated closing hour is at 3pm. When I requested they send/mail me the product, due to the circumstances, they were rude, dismissive and told me to get the product elsewhere. I asked for the owner of the Salon and never heard back from them. They have a bad attitude and lack customer service orientation. I was confused by how dismissive they were to me knowing they were at fault.

Do not come to this place! I paid $200 for 4 months so $800 total to get rid of my facial hair and it DID NOT work

I've been a patient of Dr Anu for several years. I've had various laser treatments and other skincare treatments and I will go nowhere else for Botox. The staff is always professional and Dr Anu is wonderful. I've recommended her and her staff to several other women, including a family member. They are all now loyal patients.

My first time at Anu! The Dr. was great, so was the front desk receptionist. The Dr. knew exactly what she was doing and did not try to upsell me like most Drs. I will be returning for more Botox in the future.

While Anu is in a great location and is beautiful I really felt like making a claim to the better business bureau in my area. The staff is mostly wonderful but when I was disappointed with the results of my procedure I met with the managing doctor. She laughed me off and was disrespectful. She didn't take my concerns seriously & said she thought I was lucky that the provider was willing to treat me once more for free.

I spent $1,500 on services and a lot of time & had zero results. IN ADDITION, I had a lash lift done at the spa (by a different tech!) and my lashes BROKE OFF! ** I want to say that the provider who i spent the most time with was very professional and KIND but the service did not produce any results at all and cost $1,500.

The moment you walk in, you are in a professional and relaxing atmosphere. The Microdermabrasion procedure with facial which I had recently had was a very pleasant experience with expected results. I was even given educational information how to maintain a healthy complexion. I made an appointment for another service. The monthly specials are unbeatable!

Had a great experience at Anu Medical Spa. The place itself is very cute. The facial I received was wonderful. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Already scheduled some more services. Only reason for the 4 stars was because they do not accept gratuity on cards, which was an inconvenience for me as I almost never have cash on me and was unaware.

If you are interested in getting a lash lift I DO NOT suggest coming here. I spent $100 and received zero results. I have naturally long eyelashes, even the girl who did the lash lift said I was a good candidate for it and she said "I love doing lashes like yours". When she first showed me the results I was caught off guard because I truly did not see a change then I thought maybe I should just go home and wait a little to see if they needed to set or something?

I got it done yesterday and I literally look EXACTLY the same as when I came in. I am super disappointed that I wasted my money and my sisters wedding is tomorrow, I could of spent that money on lash extensions. I decided to call and let them know about my experience. I spoke to the manager Candice? which I think is the woman who did my lash lift too because she said she was the manager.

All she could offer me was to wait 4 weeks and they will cover for me to have it done again. I said okay and she hung up on me, didn't take my name or write down any of my information. I've never been so annoyed in my life. What a waste of time and money.

The Office is beautifully decorated! The Front Desk Staff are always professional and friendly. Dr. Momi is quiet and keeps to herself, but is very nice. She is very knowledgeable and great with the Laser( laser hair removal) I'm very pleased with my results. Nobody pressures you into buying anything and you're treated with respect.

Kristine blesi is the best for microblading and permanent makeup she is also a makeup artist

Been here several times & never disappointed. The spa is immaculate & everyone is so pleasant & accommodating. Jaclyn does the best facials & massages. They offer great monthly specials & I usually wait for them because the price of beauty is expen$ive! Can't wait to hit the lottery so I can have the works done;

"The" spa to go to. I was there visiting my family and was looking for a little "me" time. This place was exactly what I was looking for. This is a hidden gem and will certainly return next time I am in town. Their facials are incredible.

I used to come here and received Botox & Juvederm from Dr Momi. I do not currently do either of those anymore but was looking to get permanent make up. I decided to try here, because I had been there in the past and it's a nice, clean, quiet environment, & I knew they would have someone good. Kristine did a great job on my brows, so I went back to have my lips done.

I needed a lip correction due to having skin cancer removed years ago. My lips & brows look incredible. If you are thinking about permanent make up give Kristine a shot, does really great work, so glad I decided to go there.

I've been going to Anu Medical Spa for 2 years for skin care services and have never been disappointed. In fact, it's quite the opposite. I leave with a glow and I feeling completely renewed each time. The spa is relaxing from the moment you step in, till the moment you walk out the door and beyond. Their soothing music, "Moroccan" like tea room and service all contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. It's true luxury at its finest with knowledgeable therapists, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to feel and look rejuvenated.

Love this place! Staff is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have a very calming and inviting atmosphere. Their Friday Yoga class is wonderful. Check them out for any spa services you may need.
