Negligent, gave me the wrong dose of accutane for a year and told me I have been taking the wrong amount even though I was instructed on how to take it and it was even written on the prescription. Which left me with lasting side effects. Would make you feel bad if a couple min late as well. Pricey and Bad service overall. Heard good things about some of the doctors and this review is not reflective of all just the one I was working with.

I have been going to Gateway Aesthetics for years. Inna and Elise are incredibly skilled clinicians. Both very knowledgeable, take the time to consult, realistic with potential outcomes, and they have the safety of the patient in mind. I highly recommend both of these injector clinicians to anyone considering neuro modulators, fillers, lasers, and skincare. They are both kind and amazing at what they do everyday.

I had my ocular roseacea treatment done by Dr McClean and am astonished at the improvement in my symptoms. I received an IPL facial that also treated my eyelids. Dr McClean explained everything from start to finish and made me feel as comfortable as possible during the treatment. Before treatment I was reaching for eye drops 5-6x's per day for my dry eye symptoms and covering my red cheeks with thick makeup.

I no longer use eye drops and can get by with just tinted sunscreen on my face. It may take years but I know my symptoms will eventually come back but it gives me peace of mind that Dr McClean and the team at Gateway Laser will be there to help.

DO NOT allow this office perform any surgical treatment on your eyelids. Trust me, 4 yrs ago Dr. Davis, who is NOT an eye surgeon, convinced me with her appeal to trust she could perform such a surgery and accomplish results I wanted safely. Oh my, it's too late for me but be very leery and run if you seek anything to do with your God given eyes because they are precious and deserve the best care.

My ignorance in allowing her to perform upper and lower lid surgery on me nearly cost me my cornea and one eye and left me with inappropriate scarring because there were not stitches securing the end of the incision NEARLY half in below my eyes! I have spent the past 4 yrs working with a licensed ophthalmologist who claimed this office did not even properly examine my eyes to qualify for proceeding.

Since then, I have had 3 surgeries to attempt to correct her surgical damage caused to my eyes and appearance. STAY AWAY! There are too many great ophthalmologist professionals who perform this surgery, caring for your eyes and appearance. Don't risk any other 'professional' to perform any eyelid surgery which only a highly skilled ophthalmologist should perform.

Just called and got off the phone with a rude receptionist that didn't care to want my business. I was practically throwing my money at her wanting to schedule an appointment for tattoo removal. She was speaking in condescending tone from the very beginning, saing they have several lasers and don't know which one to use. I told her, I just want to go in for a consultation but to also be able to walk out with 1 session done.

Guess that's to hard for them. They only want to give me a consultation. *update since owners response * the owner called and allowed me to send a picture over the phone for an estimate. This is something which should have been done from the beginning. I see there's still no accountability or apology for the rude behavior demonstrated by the receptionist. Customer service is everything in my book. I Ultimately went with a competitor that had a nice personable and welcoming receptionist.

When I knew I wanted to get an advanced laser treatment done I researched extensively to find a doctor who was knowledgeable, skilled and attentive. I found just that in Dr. Megan McClean. Not only did my laser procedure produce beautiful results, Dr. Megan was there every step of the way as I healed that first week checking on my daily progress and advising on what to do for my comfort and recovery.

Since then I have had another laser procedure done by Dr. McClean, and Botox and have been equally impressed as I was the first time. She has even cleared up a few dermatologic issues that my regular dermatologist had not been able to. I cannot recommend Dr. McClean enough, she is easily one of the best doctors I've seen.

I had laser hair removal done on my face about 5 years ago. I developed a rare, adverse effect from it called paradoxical hypertrichosis, which causes an increase in hair density, color and coarseness. I had called every laser hair removal center in Utah and no one had ever heard of the condition or knew how to treat it. I thought it was just something I would have to live with for the rest of my life, until I came across Gateway Laser Center.

I scheduled a consultation with Dr McClean. She immediately knew what my condition was, how to treat it and got me in right away to get it taken care of. Dr McClean is honestly the best doctor I've ever been to! Not only is she knowledgable and skilled, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel like a friend. Her assistant, Annie, is amazing as well! They truly take care of you here and I would recommend them to anyone!

I went to 3 other places and they all wanted to do just one basic procedure. I did more research and found gateway to be the best experience with the procedures that worked best for me. Doctor McClean was more knowledgeable than other doctors I consulted. She also was patient and sweet. I highly recommend.

Dr. McClean was amazing at consulting and providing the appropriate treatment to improve my scarring and pigmentation. Not just treatment and gone but repeated appointments to ensure patients have a point of contact as my treatment requires longer healing time. Highly recommend their services.

Absolutely love it here! I came in hoping to fix a problem with previous lip filler that was placed incorrectly. I had been to two previous places but wanted to come here before making my decision as I had just made a huge mistake previously with my choice. Inna went over what would be best so we ultimately decided to dissolve it and redo them. I am so glad I trusted her.

They look incredible! Not only that but she is just a beautiful person inside and out! The whole place is filled with the sweetest people. Shyanne at the front desk was so professional, polite and helpful!
