Aesthetic Skin Care Center As medical manager of the facility, Dr. Frank Scaccia is a uniquely qualified Dual Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and Otolaryngologist who specializes in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, facelift and treatment of sinus/nasal disorders.
Services
70 East Front Street Outside view of our building. We our conveniently located directly across the street from a major medical center where Dr Scaccia is on staff and available for emergencies and admissions as needed. Soothing waterfall to relax by when you first arrive. Waiting Room furnished with LCD Monitor showing various procedures and reviewing some of the latest techniques in facial plastic surgery.
Most of the procedures listed can be done at either our in-office state of the art ambulatory surgical suite or at local hospitals where Dr. Scaccia has been credentialed. If you are wondering how a brow (forehead) lift could improve your appearance, you need to know how these procedures are performed and what you can expect.
One of the most requested plastic surgery procedures is a rhytidectomy, or facelift. Often performed in conjunction with other surgeries, including blepharoplasty (eye surgery) and mentoplasty (chin augmentation), a facelift can shave years off of one's appearance and provide a fresh, rejuvenated look.
The effects of aging are inevitable, and, often, the brow and forehead area show the first signs. The skin begins to lose its elasticity. Sun, wind, and the pull of gravity all affect the face, resulting in frown lines, wrinkling across the forehead, and an increasing heaviness of the eyebrows. Even people in their thirties may have faces that look older than their years.
A well defined chin helps give balance to the face and creates a major part of one's profile. When people look in the mirror, most focus on the size and shape of their noses, their ears, sagging jowls, or fine wrinkling of the skin. But even though few examine their chins with the same discerning eye, having a "weak chin" is certainly not an asset.

I called wanting a consultation and asking it's cost. The cost was reasonable so I asked to book an appointment. She sounded like she had no idea what she was supposed to do, like she wasn't used to someone booking an appointment and she put me on hold! I don't assume very many doctors of celebrities put their clients on hold for more than 30 seconds, but I'm even MORE sure they don't hang up on prospective clients and if they somehow did, they would call them back!

Come on! Everyone has caller ID these days and if you don't (which again would seem unlikely of such an established plastic surgeon) you dial *69! Who knows, maybe she did me a huge favor, but I am disappointed after the research I did, to have such an interaction. Who knows, maybe things will be rectified and I can change my review, but if I don't get a call back today, my guess is these people don't care.

Had a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty from Dr. Frank Scaccia. By far the best around. I am more than happy with the results of my surgery.
