Growing up on a farm in rural Stanley, North Dakota taught Dr. Paulson at an early age the benefits of hard work. Having an artistic inclination, along with a strong interest in the sciences, destined him for the field of Plastic Surgery. After graduating medical school from the University of North Dakota, he did his surgical internship at the University of Southern Florida in Tampa, Florida.

At the Aesthetic Center of Plastic Surgery, located in Bismarck, North Dakota, our goal is to fully address your concerns and wishes and ensure your plastic surgery experience is pleasant and rewarding. Our primary clinic is located in Bismarck, but we regularly service the Minot and Dickinson area with on-location services one per month.
Droopy upper eyelids and puffy under-eye bags can make you appear tired, older, and can even impair your vision. Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, eliminates droopy skin and excess fat, helping restore your face to its youthful beauty and radiant glow. Improve the appearance of upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both by removing excess skin, as well as, possible repositioning of the fat deposits and/or tightening of muscle and tissue.
Aging, the sun, and weight fluctuation can all affect the face. As time goes by, the muscles and tissue on the neck and face can become loose, resulting in deep creases along the nose extending to the corner of the mouth and a loss of skin tone in the lower face, which creates jowls, loose skin, and excess fatty deposits around the jawline.
A neck lift eliminates the loose, sagging skin around the neck and under the jawline, creating a tighter, more refreshed appearance. We usually perform a neck lift in conjunction with other procedures, such as facelift or forehead lift. Removes loose, sagging skin from under the chin corrects visible vertical bands on the neck, the patient can have a smooth, more youthful-looking neck.

Paid for a diastasis recti repair. He agreed to repair my abdomen from top to bottom. He repaired half or my abdomen and I am left with a gap from my belly button to my rib cage. My movement is still limited, my pain is still daily, my body is still ugly and I have swollen red scars to boot. Do not recommend.

I've had two procedures done at the Aesthetic Center. Both exceeded my expectations, including every detail, starting with the first phone call to ask questions and set up the initial appointments, to the professional and caring doctor, RNs and staff who performed/assisted each step, to the follow-up care and attention given by all. Great place and friendly staff but the doctor seemed very uninterested in my wants and seemed more interested in money. Completely botched my surgery and now I am stuck with loose sagging skin, botched breasts, and deep scars. The lesson I learned is to not settle for the first place you visit because you don't have the money to go elsewhere. Take the extra time to save money and go somewhere that is very reliable and go to a doctor that will take your interests and wants into consideration. Your results will be worth it.
