I can't say enough good things about my experience today with Dr Rosso and his staff. The staff that answered the phone was helpful and courteous. The check in process was efficient and the office was clean, bright and airy. The nurse that checked me in was kind and caring and she really made me feel comfortable. I had a dog bite wound on my lower lip that needed sutures. Dr Rosso came in the room, examined the wound and put me at ease that there wouldn't be a huge scar.

I let him know that I was scared of needles and he distracted me by asking about myself. He had numbed me before I knew it. He repaired the wound beautifully and made sure I had all my questions answered. After I left the room I felt a little queasy. Dr Rosso saw me in the waiting room and knew I wasn't feeling well. He pulled me back into an exam room and gave me orange juice so I would feel better. I really had a great experience with Dr Rosso. I don't review a lot but I felt compelled to after today because he is a great doctor and it is a great office.

It has taken me a year to finally sit down to write this review. Mainly because whenever I think about my experience with this Doctor it brings up a lot of emotions, frustration (and tears). (Not only that but I don't like leaving not so good reviews). However, I felt that I needed to write this review in hopes that no one else experiences what I have with this doctor. Well, it's been about a year and half since I had my surgery with Dr Russo.

The day of surgery everything seemed to go well, so I thought, however after the surgery I was so out of it that I ended up at the hospital many hours longer than expected and I was in a lot of pain. A few days after my surgery was my pre-op appointment with the doctor and the removal of the dressing. At first, I could not really see the incisions through the dressing too well and did not want to bother them. So, a few days went on and I begin to get a better look at them and I noticed the stitching.

Which did not look right, and some did not look stitched all the way. The person that was helping care for me at my home even asked, "are your stitches supposed to look like that?" But I figured that everything was ok especially since the doctor already examined them during the pre-op appointment, therefore, I figured it just needed to heal. However, something told me to take pictures, which I did.

A week or so went on and the doctor examined me again and removed my stitches. As I continued my road to healing and recovery is when I really began to notice the way that I was stitched up. Which was extremely sloppy, tacky, lazy, and embarrassing. Not to mention the terrible scarring that it has now caused because of it! Some scarring is to be expected after surgery Yes!

But not like the scars that I now have from the surgery with this doctor. Which is because of the way he stitched me up. It's embarrassing and it breaks my heart to say but honestly, the way this "doctor" stitched me up, a 5-year-old could have done a far better and decent job than this doctor did. (I truly mean that). I don't know if something went wrong or what this doctor did in the operating room but one thing, I know is this doctor stitched me up like he just didn't care.

That is the bottom-line. Not only do I feel that Dr. Russo did not care but he rushed through my surgery, and I know he did because he rushes through his appointments. Something I noticed at his office, but it didn't really bother me too much because I assumed since there was always so many patients in his office lobby waiting to see him, that maybe that was a sign of a good doctor. (Not always the case, I guess). Plus, I checked and read just about all and every review that I could find on this doctor before even making a consultation with him, which all seemed good.

But apparently, I was wrong, because exactly how he rushed through the visits, is exactly how I believe that he rushed through my surgery. Because it all shows through my pictures; the way he stitched me up, and now these unnecessary and ugly scars that I now have/live with. When a patient goes to a doctor, we trust the doctor and basically put our lives in their hands (especially during a surgery).

We trust them to do all that they can to give their patient the best care possible and try to make their patients better (not worse). If a doctor is not or no longer compassionate about their patients, or their work, then change or find another profession. Because it's wrong and unethical to offer the patient anything less than your best as a doctor.

Not saying each and all surgeries are a success but at least give the best care to your patients. Patients are not just a number. We are more than that. Patients are human beings with families, feelings, just like you Dr. Russo. And we put our trust, as well as our lives into the hands of doctors. Trusting that the doctor will care for their patients with dignity and compassion.

We literally put our trust as well as our lives in our doctors' hands to do just that. Both in the office and operating room. Its only morally and ethically right. Not only has this surgery caused unnecessary scarring, as well as other complications that I did not have prior to this surgery, but so much more. Each day that I look in the mirror at these scars from this surgery I just want to break down in tears.

Just thinking about it makes me upset, hurts, and is a constant reminder of this doctor's negligence with my surgery. I don't have many regrets in life but stepping foot into this doctor's office has become one. This surgery has affected my self-esteem, confidence and even caused some depression. Because I know all of what it has caused is something that could have truly been prevented. I am currently seeking a doctor that I hope and pray can correct this lousy, incompetent and careless job that was done to me by this doctor.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Rosso and his staff. Dr. Rosso is expert in his surgical skills and yet so friendly that you feel like family. Seems like many doctors don't have both an excellent "bedside manner" AND excellent surgical skill. Dr. Rosso has both. His surgical center is super clean and state of the art, his nurses and front desk/manager are fantastic, friendly and efficient.

Another rare find these days. His choice of anesthesiologist is top notch. (He's the one doctors choose for their families and is highly recommended, too.) Couldn't be happier with this office and highly recommend them to anyone needing either a medically necessary, or cosmetic only procedure.

I was pretty scared to be told by my dermatologist that I had a melanoma on my leg and needed to have a plastic surgeon remove it. He referred me to Dr. Rosso and I am so glad he did. Dr. Rosso and his staff immediately put me at ease. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Rosso did a beautiful job and I'm very grateful. I'm one month out from my surgery and good as new. Thanks Dr Rosso and staff!

Dr. Rosso was the best! He was very empathetic to my situation and he's hilarious. His office did a great job with scheduling and was very thoughtful in social distancing measures during the pandemic. My surgery went great with minimal scarring (I had a huge keloid scar from my c-section previously and told him about this so he stitched me up in such a way that I didn't end up with keloids). Will definitely return to Dr. Rosso in the future!

Perfect 10! Highly recommend! Dr. Rosso did an extraordinary job with my buttock liposuction! I'm a very nervous person & never thought I would take the leap & do it. But he did a great job with contouring my full & voluptuous butt! Very professional staff (Joy his RN is the best with comforting & assuring all will be well). No complications and beautiful results! You're in great care with Dr. Ronald Rosso and staff! Just do it.

My review is strictly on the front desk/office manager. I was referred to Dr. Rosso by my doctor and the women who answered the phone today was short, rude and unhelpful. When looking in to a major surgery the person on the phone should be reassuring and helpful. So absolutely sad. I hope Dr. Rosso gets this and can make things right.

Dr. Rosso is fantastic. He truly cares for his patients and my family and I appreciate him a great deal. While plastic surgeons perform a good number of cosmetic procedures, they also help with complex wounds. Our son suffered an eyebrow laceration and Dr. Rosso was called into the ER to address the wound. While many surgeons may not have responded to the ER call, Dr. Rosso not only responded, but he was there in an hour.

He left a family event to be there to help care for our toddler, and the care he provided was outstanding. We greatly appreciate all of his expertise, care, and dedication to his patients, our son included.

I see all these wonderful reviews. smh they must all have ppo's. I wish I would have did better research. I read one review where stitches were left. it's true me too. I read another review of someone not being happy from the outcome. I read more reviews on how he just rushes u along. overall, one breast is slightly larger the the other. smh I may have to go do what another reviewer said get another doctor to fix his work. So sad! People just do your homework it pays to take just a little more time and find someone who has all good reviews. LOVE YOU ENOUGH TO GIVE YOU THE BEST!

Wow! What a great experience. The staff are wonderful. Sharon and Erin were great the day of surgery. Dr Rosso is a very professional and caring doctor. He listened to every question and concern. As far as his work, it was perfect. He told me what to expect before and after the surgery. I am beyond pleased with the result. I will never go anywhere else for any kind of cosmetic concerns. Thank you, Dr Rosso.

Dr. Rosso has been my doctor about 10 years! He did my reconstrutive breast surgery, after he did a few breast tumor surgeries. He did a very intense diastasis recti surgery, and a double hernia surgery. And he's done some reconstruction on my thighs. Dr. Rosso and his staff have always delivered the best bed side manner from start, during recovery, and post op. I would trust and recommend his "magic" to anyone. Suzanne
