We have been proudly serving the medical skincare needs of our loyal patients throughout Metro Detroit/Flint since 1990. Our experienced providers perform everything from minor procedures to very advanced procedures including large excisions and MOHs surgery for skin cancer. We treat patients of all ages and we accept most insurances.
In our experience, carefully reading these forms before your appointment will help you avoid any confusion, especially in regards to health insurance and referrals. Although many of the state orders have changed, healthcare facilities remain under stricter requirements. Masks must be worn in our facilities.
We may be biased when we say Dr. Seiger is the best in the business. We work with him every day, so we understand if you're just not quite willing to take our word on it. This is your body, and you want to be completely certain that the physician you are entrusting it to will have the skills and experience necessary to help you without putting you at risk.

Had a wonderful experience with Stephanie, who did a HydraFacial for me. She is amazing in every way! Experienced with expertise and knowledge that helps reassure, guide, and give confidence. Compassionate and a great listener. You can really feel how passionate she is about what she does and that she really enjoys helping people. She was very adept at giving me the facial and talked with me before/after about questions/concerns.
The facial was wonderful. Noticed a brightening and wonderful smoothness. Was very gratifying to see all the "gunk" come out! She's such an asset to the Skin and Vein Center and to anyone who is fortunate enough to receive her care.

I went to this office for a few times, that people working there are horrible VERY RUDE, One time I was sick and I called them to reschedule my appointment so they told me don't come here anymore because you miss your appointment go find another dermatologist, they are extremely RUDE and NOT professional, ! Absolutely the WORST service!

I came in for a few treatments, leaving here a year or more later with no results at all. Julie Fitzpatrick is one of the worst PA I have ever seen. No healing process, is the biggest scammer and is so RUDE! Shame on this office. Never will I return. I will make sure that I inform everyone that this is a take money from the insurance with no healing process scam!

My visit at Skin and Vein Dermatology was nothing more than outstanding! Everyone was so pleasant! Dr Julie is very passionate about her craft. She mad me feel comfortable and was very empathetic towards my needs. She followed up with me a couple times after my visit. I am so happy that I chose this facility because I've been to a few before this one.
I also wanted to say that I read the reviews before choosing to come here and I got mixed feelings about this place but, I figured I have to see for myself and not go off of what someone else has said. All I can say is that I am very satisfied with my service and I will continue receiving service here! Thanks Dr Julie you have made my life so much better already

Went there to have a cyst on the top of my head removed. I explained I could feel 2 next to each other. Acting annoyed with me they only removed one. When I called a week later and explained I still had 1 there they rescheduled me 2 months out to have the other one removed. In the meantime it got infected and ruptured on its own, it was extremely painful. I ended up at my primary care physicians on antibiotics to get it fixed. Staff is extremely rude!

They provide contradictory information, and their staff is unprofessional! When I told them I didn't need a physician referral because my insurance doesn't require it, they told me to fax it. I did, but when I called again, I was told that I still needed a doctor's note to schedule an appointment and coordinate care! What a nonsense!
