I am posting this review two weeks post procedure at Dr. Yarinsky's office, as I wanted to be able to include my follow- up care in my review. Dr. Yarinsky and his team are not only top tier professionals, but also absolute stars when it comes to making you feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable from start (consultation) to finish (follow- up appointments).

They set realistic yet exciting expectations for my procedure, which went flawlessly, and accommodated an unscheduled follow- up when I needed bandage assistance the same day I called. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and. YES I am very happy with my results! IN SHORT: Amazing people, great work, highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Dr. Yarinsky after reading all the positive reviews. He was so informative and was inquisitive about all my concerns and questions. He explained his credentials and possible side effects, which really made me feel confident in his abilities. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The procedures were quick and painless. I have been visiting Dr Yarinsky for several months (once every 3 months at first, and then longer as the muscle weakened) to receive botox to treat my TMJ. Before I visited his office I would have headaches daily, my face would swell, and I had neck and shoulder pain. After my first appointment I was shocked, my headache almost instantly went away.

My face felt fatigued, but not in a bad way, and it was much better than the pain I'd been feeling. The pain from injections is also very minimal. After a few weeks I also noticed my face shape had changed to be a bit slimmer, which was a bonus of this treatment. Dr Yarinsky and his staff have never been anything but kind and welcoming everytime I have went in for an appointment.

It is worth every penny to be pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Yarinsky for anyone who is looking for botox treatments or a plastic surgeon with a fantastic bedside manner.

I have Scleroderma. My face has gone through many changes over the course of my disease. One of my most insecure feature was my lips. They became extremely thin. I saw Dr Y in hopes he could restore what this horrible disease has taken from me. He not only gave me back my lips he gave me back my confidence. I look in the mirror now and see me. The staff was exceptional and Dr Y is without a doubt the most caring person.

You can tell he is proud of his work and takes pride in restoring what some folks have lost. I will go there again and again. I will also be educating my care team of the benefits of plastic surgery for other scleroderma patients.

Dr. Yarinsky and Nurse Holly are a trusted duo! They are experienced, thorough, compassionate and research based. The office is a warm and kind environment. I felt comfortable in their care from beginning to end and would trust them for any future needs!

They also explain everything with great detail on what you should expect. There is no pressure in making any quick decisions. They are incredibly thorough, and compassionate. I can't say enough enough good about them.

Overall experience was great! A few quirks along the way but Dr. Yarinksy and his nurse Holly are the stars of the show! Dr. Yarinksy made my expectations come true and Holly was always there for support and comfort! Dr. Yarinksy answers all questions, explores all options with you and has many steps to his process for the best results! I do recommend Saratoga Plastic Surgery for any future plastic surgery needs! Both my husband and I had a massage with Kristi - it's by far the best we've had She is so personable, professional and extremely talented. The room was perfectly clean and calming which we appreciated. We both walked in thinking we weren't too tight and wow- we cannot believe that it's possible to feel this much better! Highly recommend and we will DEFINITELY be back!

I had a wonderful one-hour Swedish massage today, very professional and relaxing. The room was decorated tastefully and welcoming.

Had a massage there. I have to say- this was the best massage I have ever gotten. I have scoliosis and it causes my left side to protrude a little and it gets really tight and sore. She worked so hard on my back, it was amazing. Felt so much better after.

Doctor Yarinsky is fantastic when it comes to compassion and his expertise. His staff is Friendly and energetic. They make you feel welcomed And comfortable while in the office, right before surgery and after. They are with you from the beginning and through the years.

I had a wonderful experience with Gretta. During my hour long swedish massage she made sure to give me a full body massage while also really paying attention to my specific pain areas. I feel fully refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend coming to the new Medispa!
